Not sure what the difference is between the ones for the 11's and the ones for the older phones. I have been through 3 of these since I got my phone and the old one I had for over a year before it cracked.

I mainly get the glass screen to prevent a lot of finger prints and glare. I don't know how it would do for protection because I never dropped an iPhone.

If you have a problem (for example, a scratch on the screen), all you have to do is send it back to ZAGG and they will replace the shield. Great product

I've dropped my phone twice, protector got scratched/cracked but phone screen is fine. With lifetime warranty, I just go get another one at Best Buy.
