This item was very useful on my last phone. Received a new phone so I had to go back with the same protector from before. This is a great item.

My shield has been great but my girlfriend dropped hers one time and it cracked already. It is nice to have the peace of mind that they will replace it but still a hassle to have to go through that when it could be developed a little more durable.

The fit was perfect and installation was easy and straight forward. However it broke on the first day and I’m not really sure how.

Thank you for replacing my screen protector, it’s high quality and the Geek Squad was very helpful.

I paid for the service on it they Will literally replace it for free if it breaks

Exactly as described. Did pay the little more to have someone at Best Buy apply it but worth while as they do that multiple times a day/week which I do not.

Great screen protector and great policy had it for over 3 years

I am on my second glass screen in the last month because it has started to peal up twice. Both instillations were done by a Best Buy employee. The product is decent just must not stick very well.

Works. What more can you ask if a product? Not as easy to apply correctly as it seems. Even the BB tech had to give up and start again with a new one.

I have to say the lifetime replacement on these is worth it..purchasing this product and coming in to the effortless replacement warranty they officer is priceless!

ZAGG stands behind their products. Best buy will install them for you as well. I have cracked 5-6 of the protectors but never my phone screen.

I had to put this on the phone myself as the BEST Buy Rep would not touch the NEW phone. It was a little tedious and I do have a small bubble. Very disappointed that Best buy does not let the sales rep apply this to the new phone!
