    Due to covid-19, it was a curbside replacement to. I ended up with wrong size. Will need to exchange it if they let me. Service was beyond great though!!

    I hope this protector lasts longer than the first one I purchased. I had to upgrade to the Glass+ so I'm not happy about having to come out of pocket to insure that my screen protector lasts longer than 9 months. Fingers crossed!

    Although it only lasted 3 weeks it did it’s job and protected the screen on my wife’s phone. The phone slid down into the reclining mechanism of chair. When my wife put the chair down we heard a horrible crunch. Managed to retrieve the phone that was wedged in the mechanism. Screen saver totally destroyed but the phone is just fine. Getting a replacement ASAP.

    this is the message i sent to the district manager on linked in after returning to the store several times and trying to get in contact with the manager and not getting a response. i’m sorry to write you such a long message i am just wanting to be helped. i have called anthony several times throughout the last few months, left several voicemails, messaged to be called back, went into the store several times, and have not been reached out to. my issue is that i went in for a screen protector replacement on my iphone and geo was helping me. he let me know as he was fixing my screen that apple was doing a deal where if i traded in my current phone (11 pro max) i would get $800 off the new iphone. i said i would absolutely love to do that as the new phone would only be $300 after that promo. i had questions - like wanting to pay the remaining balance upfront and he said it had to be paid over installments of 3 years - and he went as far as calculating those payments on his phone and showing me the cost (which was very low). so i agreed and he searched for the phone color i wanted, it was out of stock, so he looked at the phone with a larger GB, it was available so he again calculated the cost on his phone calculator for me - showed me the difference, and i agreed to purchase the new phone. this interaction you can watch on the surveillance footage. when i received my phone bill (under my moms account - which i waited months to check because geo said the installments would be jumbled the first few months) i had only received $400 for my old phone. never at ANY point during this transaction did geo state that once i turn in my phone i would MAYBE get $800 for it. he stated that i WOULD get $800 for it, calculated what the monthly cost would be for me, and that was that. i have the time stamp on my receipt where you could look back into the store camera history and see him take out his phone and calculate my payments for me, hopefully hear the conversation in which he never stated i would be receiving anything other than $800 for the new phone. when i went in to the store to get help on this situation i was told this has happened before and i very much understand this is something that could be miss understood, but please believe me when i say (because like them, i work full time retail too) i would have NEVER ordered a new phone without receiving $800 for my old one. i do not have the funds for that. and i do not understand why they don’t make that WAY more clear when purchasing because that is a huge difference. had i been told i would get UP TO $800 i would have never done that. especially without knowing what i would be for sure getting up front before purchasing the new phone. so when i went into the store to talk to them about it the first time, they said only geo (the sales associate) could help me, so they would wait for his next shift to talk to him about it and get into contact with me. they never did. the next time i went back about 2 weeks later after not hearing anything geo was of course there. i talked to geo, he admitted he could have missed telling me the part where the $800 wasn’t guaranteed, he then had to go talk to his manager 3 separate times - a manager who would not come talk to me face to face - and this took an hour, just for him to say he would refund my apple care plan. this would then take away my apple care plan- so my phone would not be protected or insured. not sure why anyone would want that, which is what i said, so he said that he could maybe offer a store credit (didn’t say the amount, although $400 was the difference in what he told me i would get originally for my phone, vs what i got) - so when i came up with the item i wanted to buy, around $400 and i offered to pay the difference, they laughed and said that’s not going to happen. not sure why the manager didn’t come speak to me to help sort out the situation. it was awkward as i waited there and could see them talking about 30 feet away yet didn’t come to any real conclusion? they then said they could give me $50 off a purchase and i wasn’t going to accept that so i walked away. i am upset by the lack of clarity while purchasing something that was such a large expense, and the lack of empathy and customer service and willingness to make right. i am hoping you can help me, i am just feeling like i am out $400 for a communication error on geo’s side, and i would take a merchandise credit over a refund if needed. i am a valued customer, i have a credit card through best buy, i have purchased phones there in the past, i have never run into an issue like this one. the district manager got me in contact with anthony the general manager at the location in which this occurred. however anthony stopped communicating with me and offered no help so i again tried reaching out to the district manager. he did not reply to me either. winning a $400 gift card for my review would take care of the entire issue at hand. please consider me for the $400 gift card to put this issue at rest.

    I’ve had these on all of my phones and I also have them on my three kids phones as well as my wife’s. They do break but I’ve never had screen damage.

    The "bubble free" feature really works; even after being accidentally install upside down, was still able to re-apply correctly without any residual bubbles.

    Zaggbis alwaysy go to brand when purchasing a tempered glass screen protector. I love the feel.of the glass once it's on the phone. I do wish they implemented a little bit of a better installation process.

    Another pricey. Had to have my son in law put it on as you charged appx usd8.00 to apply, then, the clerk couldn’t find anyone to put it on anyway.

    It breaks easily but the good thing is that you have lifetime warranty so every time it breaks you can change it for free.

    I have gotten many screen protectors for my phone. I am truest pleased with my purchase from Best Buy. I will be returning for all my electronics needs. I was greeted and helped and thanked for my purchases. I appreciate all the help during my visit. Employees were very friendly. knowledgeable. And extremely thankful for my buisiness.
