I have used Invisible Shield on my three most recent phones (iPhone 6S, iPhone 8+, iPhone 12 Pro Max). For the first two phones, this product was a dream! Protected my phone from all drops, and lasted at least a year before scratches formed. I bought this for my 12 Pro Max and less than a week after having it installed at Best Buy (without dropping my phone), a crack began to form at the top corner and spidered into several minor cracks all the way down. When I contacted Zagg for a warranty replacement, they insisted that I would still have to pay for shipping the replacement, despite it being much lower quality than its predecessors. I would no longer recommend this product.

Installed pretty easily. I was a little worried about getting it on evenly as it does not come with a JIG to line it up with, but was easy to lift up and reapply until you get it right.

Couldn’t find a screen protector for my phone anywhere until I found this one at Best Buy. It helps me be more at ease about my phone’s safety.

Doesn't work as well as earlier version which were darker but this does the job.

No problem installing. The only thing I didn’t like about it is not going over the front camera. Some may like the idea of that but not me.

So far item has worked as it is supposed to. Have nothing negative to say at this point.

unfortunately, I got a notice to review this item the day I realized it was cracked. so it lasted about a week however, it to protect my phone from cracking so there’s still that.

The new screen does not offer blue light protection as my old screen did. I think this is a disadvantage and Best Buy had no explanation other than they don’t sell the blue light protection screens anymore.

Looks good and protects the phone. While I had the salesperson put this on my phone it appeared to go on easily. I would purchase again.

I have not had a lot of experiences with screen protectors like this, I usually purchase cases with them built in, but the OtterBox for this phone did not have one. I had the screen protector installed "professionally" by the staff at Best Buy for $8. I thought this was a great deal because if it ever fails I get a replacement installed for free. (lucky I did) The screen protector cracked the day after I had it installed and it was not subjected to any type of major stress. It was just sitting in my pocket. Went back to BestBuy and up graded the screen protector for another $10 and have been fine ever since.

Installation instructions were easy to follow after I watched a YouTube video. Went on the screen perfectly without any bubbles. However, when it slipped out of my hand a few days later the screen protector cracked. Not durable at all.

Great forethought purchase! It sacrificed itself and saved my phone’s screen perfectly. Replacement was a breeze.

Having the screen on was a good protection when I dropped my phone. The shield cracked but the phone did not. I went to Best Buy and they replaced it for free.

I drop my phone often and it dies protect my phone.

For myself and my family I would not ever forget the added security for your device without the Invisible Shield. Its top quality and for me has outlasted my families accidents. Great value!

Good screen to keep you from spending a big bag of money so it will save you

Protected screen from crack this time but I think with the price you pay, they should pay for screen replacement if your screen does crack. I am however glad we have Best Buys replacement program because my son has probably replaced screen protector 3 times now.
