The good thing about ZAGG is that you can get free replacements at any time by simply paying the shipping which is usually around six dollars. I’d rather pay six bucks then $40 for a brand new one.

They cost too much and you have to pay additional fee for an employee to install and you do it because you know there's a good chance you're going to screw it up if you do it yourself. In the end it is always wise to protect your device

I never dropped my phone so unsure how the edge was able to crack and chip after one week of installing with the case on my phone. I’m normally happy with ZAGG because they warranty the product very well and I’ve already received the replacement so I’m happy overall.

Seems durable enough, easy to install, but there is always air gaps that seep under the edges. You would think that for the cost of these, they would have spent another few fractions of a cent to get a cleaner edge cut.

This is the second one I buy of this brand, but for different phones. It worked the first time, so I’m trying it again. Other brands can cost more than $50! This one was at 19.99 on Black Friday.

The young lady that helped was fantastic. Verizon was horrible to deal with, but she kept on it until things were complete. The sales lady was very polite and knowledgeable.

This is a great case. I am slightly disappointed that there is no screen protector, but they are easy enough to get as an add on. This case works well with tempered glass screen protectors.

I chose to get the geek squad to install this screen protector and they did a good job. I don't notice the screen protector at all and find (so far) it doesn't smudge easily. Would buy again.

I had the same one on my last phone. Dropped the phone twice and broke the protective glass but not the phone glass. They sent me replacements overnight at no charge. Well worth the cost.

This was a good product to replace my old one with, but if my hands ever got oily they would smear the screen and leave a rainbow mark that was kinda a pain to wipe off so often. Pretty sensitive to oil/grease so beware...

Zagg screen protectors have worked very well. We have not broken a screen since we have been using them. Zagg is also great at sending out new ones if you break the screen protector.

This is the best screen protector over any I have had in the past. So far I have not gotten any air pockets between it and my Apple iPhone X-Pro 11.

Just got the first crack in the protection screen. Not sure how it happened but suspect a key or coin was the culprit. I will see how this warranty coverage plays out. Stand by.

Bought this for my IPhone XR to protect the face. It looks good and was easy to install. I have had it for almost a year, and it still looks good.

Item is great when it’s applied but once it breaks or cracks... you risk yourself getting cuts on your fingers. But the lifetime warranty is great just pay shipping and receive a new one.

Can be purchased cheaper, although these seem to be fairly high quality. Nice not to have to install it yourself, which while not difficult to do can sometimes be a pain.

Worked well, but due to amount of use and handling, had to replace with another screen protector purchased elsewhere. Probably attribute needing to replace due to not-so-perfect installation/application on phone.

So far, this has been a good purchase. Have them install it, because it's difficult to get it perfect. Don't accept it if there are any bubbles in it, because it might slide off.

The shield is decent. I would have preferred an Otterbox or Survivor for a kids phone. However it works but still allows for cracks or scratches to show on the screen.

been buying these for awhile and will continue to. They are great quality and the warranty is great with ZAGG (they replace it for the cost of shipping).
