Good product, poor replacement network

The network of 'vendors who will trade in for free' is a myth. The few I have found are kiosks in malls. None of the operators will do it for free.

Not great protection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought the deluxe ZAGG screen protector that costed more, it was supposed to be 3X the shatterproof protection. My teenager got a scratch in the shield after two weeks. She didn't even drop it. The scratch somehow turn into a crack the next day. We had the the basic Zagg on her previous phone, and it would crack or chip every month. We were replacing it every month. That's why we decided to get the "deluxe" one this time. Although, the replacement is "free", it still cost you $6 for the shipping, or if you go to a Zagg rep at the mall, they'll charge you $7 to put it on, so it's actually not "free". So, if you are putting this on a phone for a younger person or someone that doesn't take great care on their phone, I would not recommend it.
