The shield appears to work fine. We paid to have Best Buy install it and the installation is poor at best. It is bubbling. This is the second time this happened. Not worth the extra price.

Con I purchased this item I knew what was at risk there is a tiny gap Between the edge of your and your case the screen protector won’t cover certain parts of your screen if it gets broken and the screen protector feels sort of like a plastic screen protector. Pro Note the * if your screen protector gets broken you could visit your local Best Buy to it replace but just get a good phone case because of the gap between the screen and protector doesn’t cover the majority of the iPhone XR scree

Was glad. To get this on sale. It’s okay but I noticed hairline cracks in it almost immediately. Although they don’t distort the front of the phone I know they’re there.

The quality is great in terms of looks but it cracks too easily even with a case on it, however, I miss the days of the non-glass they lasted longer.

This was recommended and the "glass" film actually cracked the first time the phone fell out of my pocket, about two weeks after buying it and having it put on my new phone. Disappointed.

decent quality, we have this glass on all our phones, two of them have cracked already but saved out phone, we are hard on our phones.

It worked ok. But after time it came off. Probably not it’s fault but a HS kid how would just keep taking his case off causing the corners to roll up

This screen cracked faster than the cheaper Best Buy house brand, luckily it's got a lifetime warranty. Hate paying the $7 install fee every time I break it.

after installing could not get to stick properly and now the shield is like sticky and hard to open my phone. Works but I have to lick my so it slide to work

My wife insisted I get it. Store rep put it on but it’s peeling a little. Overall it’s good just want to be careful putting it on

It took two attempts to get the screen protector on, and it still has some bubbling on the edges of the glass. Didn't want to go through the hassle of trying it again.

NOT a good experience overall w/phone itself, price (TOO EXPENSIVE for poor quality)etc.. so far! Made a HUGE bad decision w/this one! Think twice before purchasing.

Corner chipped almost immediately with only a small bump. Don’t want to use my one free replacement already so I will just deal with it but not confident it will hold up

I am not a fan of this screen protector it shows finger prints where as the last Zagg I had with my Android was much better at concealing finger prints

Protects the screen but has an air bubble in it that can’t be removed. Was applied by employee in store. There should be a “maybe” option for recommendation.

Not totally convinced these prevent a screen crack when phone is dropped. Probably helps when a direct hit to front happens. Verdict is still out in my eyes.

It’s alright but good thing they gave me another one free because it cracked within 24 hrs. I do like there are no bubbles that’s a big plus!

bought October 2019 it has bubbles and weird scratches. At some point will have to change it, likely before it is a year old.

The Zagg Shield pulled up just a pinch when I put on case, but has not pulled up from it at all so that is good. The problem with this screen protector is that is shows fingerprints and swipe marks a lot. I have not had a screen protector do this before. However, it does come relatively clean just by wiping it even with just a shirt. Another thing is it easily nicks. I would recommending upgrading, this is the cheaper one.

Works just like most screen protectors. Can get a bigger pack on amazon for much cheaper. Does the job though
