Was never able to get all the dust off the screen before placing the glass shield. Left a bubble between Phone & shield.

Had appointment had to wait about 20 minutes to drop off when it was done had to wait inl line about 15 minutes to pick up

Bought this for daughter's phone. I've put many on her phone seems that she can't keep screen protector. So thought we would buy lifetime one. Right out of box onto the phone, it doesn't seal all the way down the corner is up just a bit. Store for us is 45 minutes away. Daughter says it's okay for now. It's been a few weeks now tons of scratches all over it. Will be taking it back for replacement soon.

It will break. But the best part is the store’s replacement program. It is $7.50 and you can replace it if screen broke.

My $10 insignia screen protector was more durable than this. This one was strongly recommended to me by BB associate so I caved.

The glass is designed to protect but breaks easily. Once broken, you have to make the claim online and pay shipping.

Worked great for two to three months but the first sign of small crack and the whole thing broke in under a day.

We’ve had this screen changed a few times due to it cracking. They don’t stay installed correctly and eventually fail.

This was the easiest screen protector I have ever installed. No air bubbles or anything to worry about. However in 2 weeks the corner started to peel. I stopped by a Zagg kiosk at the mall and saw a whole pile of them being returned. Not sure the reason but makes me question the reliability. Mine will be heading back.

My first one cracked, scratched, and chipped. Had to replace it because I couldn’t find the receipt at the time.

Cracks too fast. Forgot that I could get a new one if it broke. Ended up buying new one.

The screen protector needs to be a little bigger. Edges are not protected, there is a gap between the protector and the case.

My review of 3 stars is based on the cost (expensive) and "guarantee". For the money you can get other protectors that should work, i got 3 for Iphone 6s for $8, and they work fine for my wife and daughter... for the $25-30 this should have an iron clad guarantee which it really doesn't, if it breaks they will replace the protector, NOT your screen. The way it was sold in stores did not align with this...

This is for my teenagers phone and within a week it has scratches and the glass is chipping on one of the corners.

Good if you are okay with some bubbles on the side. It doesn't seal very well around the edges, but it does its job well.

Its a great quality screen protector but unless you're in a pinch save yourself some money and buy one online.

Zagg claims and so did the sales associate that this was scratch resistant and even Zagg claims it will replace Screen protector with its limited lifetime warranty but same week got a scratch on protector from casual use putting into my pocket. super sad that other Screen protectors do much more for a lot less but BB doesn't carry it because they prefer to surcharge you for everything.

This screen protector comes with a warranty for replacement. However, the replacement costs somewhere between $5-$8. Why does this matter? After spending around $40 for the screen protector for it to break (understandably so) and then be charged $5-$8 for a replacement, in hindsight you could just buy 5-8 screen protectors priced between $5-$8 and replace it yourself when your screen protector breaks. Why spend $40 on one screen protector, when you can get 8 or more for the same price and place it yourself? Also when I went to get the screen replaced, the ZAGG customer service was unwarrantedly rude (used profanity and called me out of now). So in addition to wasting $40, I was also verbally assaulted for pointing out a fallacy in their policy. This all occurred pre-COVID so the level rude was way off the scale.
