It fell out of my pocket and hit the cement when I got in my car. That was the first drop. My screen protector is cracked. My phone screen is fine. So it did do that.

This ia a great product for my new phone so far no scratches on my screen and at bestbuy they installed it on my phone for me at no extra charge

Overall, I feel that most of these glass screen protectors are roughly the same. Yet, Best Buy has great prices and name brand screen protectors and after dropping my phone and chipping just the screen protector, Best Buy replaced it an dre-installed the new one at no charge! You don't get that convenience from Amazon... Even online, Best Buy is more convenient, as I know I can always return a product to the store... That's why I shop for 99% of my tech stuff at Best Buy.

Easy to install. So far Zagg shields have saved 3 of my phones from significant screen damage. Will definitely continue to purchase them.

I'll have to admit, the glass is super smooth. Unfortunately, in less than a month, I've started to develop a small hairline crack on the bottom of the screen protector without it actually being involved in anything that would crack any other screen protector. Given that this unit is significantly more expensive than other options from some online retailers that give you multiple protectors for significantly less money.

I like that Best Buy will replace the screen protector if it gets cracked. It comes with a guide that makes it so easy to put on your phone.

Easy to install if you don't use the thing to set it down with. Much easier doing it by hand if you're able. It would be a lot better if there wasn't a bubble down the side from the front facing camera that won't allow the screen protector to latch on to the screen.

Has survived about 10 falls each day. Third time purchasing it. I don't trust liquid protectors !

Actually works. Dropped the phone and protector aided. Paid $8 to have it installed. Worth every penny.

Very good screen protector that fits the Google Pixel 5 perfectly. Would definitely recommend getting this to protect the Pixel 5.
