Didn't think I would break it, but I managed to do so. Best Buy lived up to their promise - I didn't need a receipt, they looked me up in the system and replaced it at no cost. Best Buy also has the best, and most knowledgeable people to help with any tech !

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.was given this with a brand new motor g7 power. not only was phone broken out the box and they refuse to exchange it without a $45 restock fee for the same item, but they selected and sold me this protector, which isn't even close to the right one even though the box says it is. camera hole is in wrong position entirely. glass covers the speaker so good luck with that lol. totally missed the screen nook. maybe a good product but I wouldn't know because I was sold the wrong one and then told that I had to pay to get the right one. best buy...you used to be so good. what happened?
