They told us that if the protector cracked, that we could bring it in to have it replaced free of charge. We have had the phone for only a week, but so far we are happy with the purchase.

Easy to install, cutout for the camera in the screen is in the correct location. Other than that, I hope I do not have to test out how durable it is, but that is why it is there...

Unfortunately I don't think the lifetime warranty applies to things like cracks, so I didn't bother signing up.

So I don't know if it's a bad quality or it's not resistant enough

Great glad protection

Takes quite a bit of abuse as I am not easy on cell phones yet this screen protector didn't even really have a scratch on it. Highly recommend.
