I have used this brand of screen protector for years but now it cracks and chips. I have replaced it 3 times because I am afraid it will cut my finger. Not sure what changed. Happy my screen didn't crack but this is a pain especially when BB doesn't keep them in stock for my phone.

I don't know what's gonna happen as I were told by who doesn't like this product but I tried once.Great product as expected.

Best Buy is always the best lace to go! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The selection is great and the line moves fast.

The quality and feel of it is very good. But this is the second brand of screen protector I've tried for the FE that is too small. It doesn't fill the screen. There is a bulky rugged case on it, and the screen protector doesn't even come close to touching it. Now the gap between the protector and the case collects dust.

The young lady helping us wasn't going to let us leave without being satisfied and helped until our issue was resolved.

Love that I can bring it back to Best buy if it cracks and they will replace it for free.

Kind of disappointing, they used to make a really good product that was tough and very resistant to cracking, new product is cheap and poor quality. I would not recommend buying this screen protector, I've cracked 2 in very minor hits or drops. I had same product on my last phone and it was fantastic, but not anymore.

Not a good investment, breaks easy and is never on stock for replacement. I was told is not coming back to the store, so, the lifetime replacement warranty is out the door.

Brought for my husband for his phone. Love it. He is always dropping his phone and this protector gives the stability he needs

Everyone should have a screen protector for their mobile devices and especially great when it's installed for you by a Best Buy agent.

I recommend you install it yourself if you let the dummy at Best Buy do it they leave air bubbles

I really like my cell phone. it has a large screen and is very easy to use. Like the google voice that helps go to web sight and easy searches.

This saved my phone dozens of times. Pair it with a military grade cover case like Zizo and your phone is protected and almost indestructible.

I always purchase Zagg screen protectors. Best buy had the best price!
