Relatively easy to install, but initially there were bubbles that concerned me. I recalled a tech saying to wait and they resolve from my last phone when they installed the screen protector. That was the case again this time, but it was more like 48ish hours than 12-24. It's smooth, and phone responds fine for everything except biometric (fingerprint) security. I think it must be a little too thick, so that is disappointing. I can save my prints, but with some difficulty, but reading/access works less than 50% and requires many tries. I've tried saving my prints again, and cleaning the screen, but it doesn't help. It does smudge/hold prints, so it requires regular cleaning. But it fits well, screen seems well protected, and no other functional problems.

This screen protector is perfectly designed to fit my Galaxy A71. Stays clear with no scratches, despite me using it constantly. Easy to clean. Is highly responsive to touch. Very satisfied so far. The store associate installed it perfectly and I greatly appreciate the helpful service!

I have used Zagg screen protectors for all of my phones. Very durable. They back their warranty when I have had one crack. They fit great on every style phone I have, Galaxy and iPhone.

I've dropped my phone on several occasions. This screen protector kept it safe, each time. I'm grateful! The included frame kit helps you position the clear screen more easily. Good idea for those of us who aren't particularly handy.

the S10e still lets you use glass to protect the screen, and this glass fit wall and looks good on the phone. best of all, it is glass, so clean-off is easy when needed. And, of course, there is always that replacement process if/when needed.

I love this product - I have dropped my phone a few times now and It hasnt shown any damage (granted I also have a case on it that helps protect the edges from damage) I also loved that this came with a guide to lay it on your phone perfectly!!! So that was amazing!!! Yay!

This protector has saved mine and my wife’s phone many times. Hers even got ran over in a parking lot and all it did was crack the glass protector and BB replaced it free of charge. Since then they have replaced mine 1x and hers a 2x, no charge! Great warranty.

The invisible screen is an excellent product. It adds a secure layer of protection against scratches and cracking and is easy to apply. The special price was an added bonus.

I always use ZAGG shields on new devices. Their product is great, and I've never had a problem using them. This particular shield is for my Samsung Galaxy A20. Easy to install and protects my phone screen. Plus, they have guaranteed replacement if their product ever breaks.

This fits the phone perfectly. It recognizes fingerprints easily and does not leave bubbles. Definitely will buy for my other Samsung Galaxy. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this glass. It truly protects your screen from scratches and cracks.

Works great.Absolutely no scratches on my screen. I did drop and crack the zagg screen protector but the screen itself was fine so it did its job perfect and i sent in the broken one and no questions asked they sent me a replacement and this has happened on other phones i own that my kids use and never once have they questioned what why or how. You just send the old one in and they replace it for the life of the product you are putting it on.you can't go wrong because as long as you own that phone once you buy this screen protector you will never spend a penny on one again,so in the long run it mite be pricey up front but only one time.

The screen protector itself has gotten 3 cracks in it after a few weeks off being on my phone. 2 cracks at once after my phone slid off my car seat and onto the floor, I think it hit the door because there is a decent size chip on the edge of the protector, and one cracks from having it in my pocket. The screen on my phone on the other hand still looks brand-new. Well worth the money. One star removed because it is extremely difficult to get the protector on exactly right when put on my Samsung a71 5g, even using the alignment tool. The tool just sat there loosely which made it impossible to align the edges right.

This is the 4th time I've purchased a Zagg screen protector. Every time I get a new phone, this is the brand I get and it's because it's the BEST. The price is good. The level of screen protection is great. And when the best buy folks put it on your screen, it looks perfect!

This kit has everything you need to get the job done right the first time complete with installation plate for that perfect placement. Premium glass protector with smooth rounded edges. Took a bit to remove some bubbles but the end result was flawless.

I've always used Zagg screen shields on my 3 Samsung phones. Zagg literally has the BEST customer service in the industry. As you will on occasion get small hairline cracks on the shield, that's expected as it's protecting your screen, you will need to replace it. How often depends on how often you drop and/or mark it up. When I've called Zagg before, they have never disappointed. They're US-based employees and treat you very very well. Can't say that about many companies' customer service. They can send a replacement and you send the other back in the envelope they include or go to Best Buy and get a replacement (if you bought it there). Don't get a cheap substitute, you'll regret it. One suggestion when you use a Zagg shield or any shield, always buy a snug case so there's no gaps between edge of shield and case.

I love this cover protector! It does not shattered like some and you can barely see the crack, plus it has a lifetime warranty! Well worth the price! Now if you have the geek squad put it on, there is a small charge.

The phone fits easily in the hand and is user friendly. You find things where you expect them to be - not a guessing game like my old phone. I purchased a glass screen cover with a rubber protector which saves the screen from any scratches.
