Wanted to buy this to protect the area of the screen that covers the in-display fingerprint sensor, but the actual screen protector here is ~2mm smaller all around than the front glass of the phone, and the edges are uncomfortably sharp. Not sharp enough to cut your finger, but sharp enough that swiping in from the side/top/bottom of the phone when using gesture navigation is uncomfortable and annoying. You can actually feel the ridges of your fingerprint against the edge, and I can imagine that repeated use would lead to irritation or sensitivity. Add to that the fact that I opted to have this installed in-store by a Best Buy technician, and the first screen he applied was actually bent and wouldn't adhere to my phone. The second one he applied had a slightly-bent corner that was sticking up from the phone screen, and I was told "This is the last one we have in store, so you'll just have to take it home and use a hair dryer to bend the glass down and make it stick." Not encouraging when 2 or 2 units were bent and required a hair-dryer to "fix."

I just got a refurbished upgrade on my phone and decided to get this glass cover to protect it. I had the Geek guy put the glass on and it looked good. In the short period of time when he put the glass on my phone and I got back to my car it had already chipped. now I have had it about ten days now and it has chipped along the beveled edge a total of 15 times. Its a very pretty glass cover but useless if the screen is vulnerable to chipping.

I tried to take a good pic( sorry it probably isn't) to show how horrible this screen protector(if you can call it that) fits on the S20 FE screen. It's horrible! I have a Case Mate case for my phone and with this screen protector the outside edges of my phone screen are still exposed. Also, the screen protector is so thick that when you try to use the biometric( fingerprint) scanner the S20 FE doesn't want to recognize your finger. The fingerprint scanner worked great when there was no screen protector on the phone. My phone screen is now going to get loaded with dust and dirt around the edges because of this screen protector. I hope nothing falls on my phone screen on the areas exposed and cracks the screen in the corners. Also, I tried to register the screen protector with Zagg before applying this screen protector and they don't even this product registered on their website yet. Zagg told me they would let me register when the product was added. I will now be contacting Zagg again to tell them how bad their screen protector really is.

It cracked within 10 minutes of putting it on my phone. I was at my desk and the only thing I can think is I put my glasses or a pen on it. The phone was not dropped or bumped into anything.

This screen protector was to wide for the phone...by just enough to be an issue. The edge of the screen is curved a bit, but the protector is completely flat and is too wide. This causes the protector to crack on the edges and spread throughout.

I would definitely not recommend this screen protector it was rather expensive and my phone took a small fall two days after getting it and cracked immediately so it is a good thing that I can get it replaced at a very low cost period

I purchased screen service protection for ZAGG - InvisibleShield® Glass+ Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy, supposed to be as long as I own the phone. 2 years later, ZAGG protector is broken and store says they can no longer get the one to fit my phone. So the "lifetime" guarantee is not true. I should get a refund.

I bought this upon a recommendation of the salesperson at Best Buy after showing him my phone. When I got it home and tried to use it on my phone, it would not fit because it was too wide and did not make an allowance for the protective case on the phone.

Not a good investment, breaks easy and is never on stock for replacement. I was told is not coming back to the store, so, the lifetime replacement warranty is out the door.

Zagg does not make the Screen Protector fir my phone any longer. Bought a Lifetime product and they replaced the Protector once and now will not. Phone is 2 years old.

It broke when I dropped it. I had it for about a year and it broke when I dropped it. It was covered under warranty, but I still had to pay $10 for shipping.

This didn't last long. Did not fit over the entire screen and eventually started chipping at the edges.

It keeps cracking. Ive never befire had a cell phone whos screen protecter cracked or broke! Never! This is the third timevive had to replace it and wsited a long time with it cracked.

terrible product would not honor my replaced unless i paid a absurd shipping amount

This product is WORTHLESSNESS! It's been changed out countless time and the worst part is my phone is actually cracked UNDER the constantly changing screen "NOT" saver!

This is advertised as a full coverage protector, meaning it goes bezel to bezel. The images used for this product would suggest this. That is not the case. The protector only covers the display area, and if you are using a case, that leaves a gap between the protector and the edge of the case. This leads to constantly rubbing your thumb against the edge if this glass screen (I'm sure I don't have to explain how uncomfortable rubbing the edge of glass with your fingertips is). This also leaves an area for dust to gather, and in less than a day the phone ends up looking horrendous. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

Not good glass seemsb old. It is ok but not as good as originally purchased.

This is the first time when I used Zagg. Previously I used Whitestone glass protectors but they do not have a version for S20 FE. My first installation went pretty well... mostly. Except, at two corners it had air and I could not get those two corners to "glue" to the phone no matter how much I massaged this protector. It was placed/aligned very well and I could see this by how centered on the selfie camera screen cutout was. I got a replacement from BB. The replacement had all corners glues well but it turned out it had two impurities that created air bubble that could not be removed. I was told Best Buy replaces this screen only 3 times and so I decided to return it instead of trying my luck with it again. I was not impressed with the feeling of this protector as well. It feels better than supplied protector on Note 10 but not as good as Whitestone and sharp edges did not help.

I bought this for my new A51 phone and it cracked in the first couple weeks. I have tried to register the product but the A51 model is not an option on their web page. I called Zagg and after being on hold for a long time was told it is not an option yet so I can not register but that I did not need to. I also asked about the warranty but was told that is not possible to use because they have not added this case model to their system yet. I was told try again in the future and was given no time line for when they would have this fixed. I tried again today and it is still not added. I feel like they should not be selling a product that they can not back up their warranty on because IT has not added it to their site.

I give BestBuy a 1 only because I can’t give them a 0. My research says the Samsung G20 can support two phone numbers, using a SIM and an eSIM. The technician at the store confirmed this. So I bought the phone. I then spent 4 hours at the store while he tried unsuccessfully to set it up. Ultimately, I had to leave with the phone with only one line on it, as I had other appointments to make and my old phone had died and I couldn’t leave without any phone. And now they send me a survey about the screen cover instead of the phone. And of course, no human from BestBuy will actually reach out to talk to me, because they really don’t care about me or my satisfaction. They just want me to write happy reviews of their products to get other people to buy things from them, without them having to do any work in actually researching or supporting their products.
