Does what it needs to when it comes to protecting screen. Seems to crack easily but the manufacturer will replace it if/when it does.

I'm not a fan of it. It doesn't necessarily cover the entire 'glass' screen but instead only the 'viewable' part of the screen. Otterbox cases leaves a gap on the sides all around resulting in potential screen damage to the digitizer. Purchase with caution.

I like that that is comes with free replacement but zagg has not got it in stock, it is already cracked and has not been dropped

I like Zagg screen protectors - the tempered glass ones have always worked out amazingly well for me, and always smooth to the touch like the actual glass on the phone. This one, though, is "case friendly", meaning it is cut just short of the entire face. This is because the A71 (and most Samsung phones, even the ones that don't have an advertised curved screen) has a very slight curve on the sides of the screen and a screen protector that would attempt to cover the whole thing would pop right off when a case went on it thanks to those curved edges. The screen protector for the slightly smaller A51 fits perfectly on that phone. But the A71 one needs to be cut just a centimeter smaller on each side. While the protector doesn't attempt to cover the entire screen, it is just a hair too large that it will not adhere around the very edges on all sides. This does not affect the protector when you put a case on the phone, and it still stays on just fine. But I don't like have a very small edge on all four sides that is unable to attach to the screen. Takes away a bit from the real high quality of the screen and phone itself. It should be noted that the screen protector performs fine otherwise - feels smooth to the touch and was easy to install, just like all the other Zagg products I have used.

The protector has broken twice recently (once overnight by my bedside this really puzzled me) I have not dropped my phone with the recent replacements. I am confused because the first one I got with phone lasted well over a year and with that one I did drop my phone so I knew how that once came to be broken. When I went back to get the second replacement, the screen protector actually broke as the Best Buy employee peeled back the protective covering off the new screen. However, I have to say the unlimited warranty is great and it did keep my phone from getting broke with I dropped it the first time. Maybe I just got a couple of bad eggs??

It is virtually new but because the “blue shirt” at Best Buy installed it for me it looks really good, no kinks or seams visible. Good protection for the investment of my new phone.

This screen protector came with an ez tray to help you put it on the screen correctly which was a plus! But the protector was a couple of millimeters smaller than the screen. After a month of having it, I dropped my phone at work and my protector cracked but it saved my screen! I returned it to Best Buy and they honored the lifetime warranty. Although my second one has already cracked the screen itself has not and that's what matters.

Well it's been replaced 3 times so far in about a 5 month period. Not sure why. Maybe not installed right i don't know

Conflicted on how to rate this. I am on my 3rd or 4th now. It has cracked a little too easily in my opinion. However, the warrantly claims are easy to fill out. I do have to pay like $8 shipping but its kind of a pain to go through so many. That being said my phone has NOT chipped or broken. Who knows if that is from the phone, case, or screen protector. Watch your fingers when it does cracks. I have cut my fingers multiple times!

Works as well as the cheap screens from Amazon, don't waste your money.

Proctects the screen and is easy to replace but cracks easily

If you are a person who drops their phone constantly than this screen protector will not withstand the falls and damage to this product will happen (like the screen protector cracking) but it did protect phone screen from any damage thru all the drops and bumps. So it did its job of protecting the phone screen.. just wished it would have not cracked so soon after purchase.

I loved it when I first got it, it seemed to cover the cell phone perfectly, although I thought the price was a bit high. After a few days, I took my phone out of my purse and a chunk of it had come off! Not peeled off, it looked like it was kind of gouged out. Apparently it is not as indestructible as it seemed. It did protect the phone, though, which is why I gave it an average rating.

It couldnt didn't prevent a broken LCD, but it did prevent the screen from cracking at all. I only had it on my phone for maybe a week before incurring damage, so I wanted to reuse it after my phone repair so I could get my money's worth. I wish the adhesive would allow for having to reapply 2 or 3 times.

Bought one and within a couple smdays it cracked so they replaced it for free and with in a couple days it was cracked also. Great tht they replace the first one for free but not sure they will do it again but I think they r not as durable as they should b since they cracked so easy but it did do its job bc it didn't break my actual phone screen.

I had several of these installed on my phone over a short period of time. After a few days of use, the screen protector cracks. It cannot take the torque that happens while my phone is in my pocket even with an extra sturdy phone case. The film one worked better for me vs this one in glass.

I purchased just so i wouldn't walk out without protection for my new phone.Never dropped banged phone and started cracking. Easily replaced with new one in store no problems getting it replaced, new one has crack now ,returning soon to get lifetime replacement.At least my,screen isnt getting scratched
