It is not long enough to cover the screen so there is a line at the icons on the top of the screen.

Didn't even fit his phone. Other than that, it was a cool case.

While this screen protector is still on my phone and undoubtedly protecting it, it began cracking within days of a Best Buy associate carefully installing it on my then-brand-new phone. There are now 2-3 major cracks, one of which extends nearly the entire length of the phone.

Mixed feelings about this protector. It may protect the glass, but it greatly reduces finger tip response.

I give BestBuy a 1 only because I can’t give them a 0. My research says the Samsung G20 can support two phone numbers, using a SIM and an eSIM. The technician at the store confirmed this. So I bought the phone. I then spent 4 hours at the store while he tried unsuccessfully to set it up. Ultimately, I had to leave with the phone with only one line on it, as I had other appointments to make and my old phone had died and I couldn’t leave without any phone. And now they send me a survey about the screen cover instead of the phone. And of course, no human from BestBuy will actually reach out to talk to me, because they really don’t care about me or my satisfaction. They just want me to write happy reviews of their products to get other people to buy things from them, without them having to do any work in actually researching or supporting their products.

Too small - only covers the OLED part of the screen, doesn't cover the bottom 1/4" of the glass at the bottom of the screen or about 1/16" around the other 3 edges. Also arrived with 3 scratches on the glass.

The glass itself is decent, but the adhesive used isn’t very strong and had a halo effect around the entire border of the screen. That ended up causing the corners to lift and trapping dust under the screen protector. I was only able to use it for about a week before I had to completely remove it.

Two stars because it cracked without the phone haven either fallen or been hit, after having the phone and protection for less than a month.. And the cracking spread across the entire screen. Also, sometimes the phone doesn't register my swipes because of the screen protector (even before the mysterious crack occurred).

Easy application, but some stubborn bubbles that did not work their way out over time.

I placed the phone in my back pocket and the scree cracked. Not happy.

ZAGG is a good company but has made it hard and harder to get a free replacement.

Started bubbling around edges a couple weeks after purchasing and having it put on.

Breaks easy doesn't protect the screen very well. It broke the first day

Even with the lense protector on the lense got a chip from being put in my pocket with my car key.

I only bought it because there was no other choice in the store. It's okay

When I purchased my new phone, I decided to also get this screen cover for safety. I was told by the Best Buy person that waited on me, that they would install it for me, but would cost $7.50. Decided I could do it myself. Didn't see the "guide" until after I already adhered it (crookedly) onto the phone. Won't do that again.

So far there are bubbles in the screen protector that I can't get rid of.

It a ok screen protecting for the phone. Just use it for a few day.
