I am very pleased with my phone. I won't use all of the features but it's nice to have them. I am a fan of Samsung products. The associate who helped me was polite and knowledgeable.

It works, not sure it is any better than other protectors that I have purchased in the past but the BB tech installed it so it was convenient too. A little more expensive than buying one on-line, but time will tell if that quality is any better.

The customer representative installed my screen protector promptly after purchasing it and did a great job, knowing how particular I am. It is a top quality screen protector and has a lifetime warranty.

so far so good I have noticed that a bubble has appeared on the top right corner. Has not appeared to be bothersome but my understanding the screen is lifetime replacement at best buy

I purchased the Zagg screen protector because they sell good products. I got one for my Ipad and it's still works well, after years of using it

I had dropped my phone and it looked like the screen was really cracked. It turned out that the only thing cracked was the protection screen. So, I ordered 2. win!

I did as it said but some how it got bubbles under the glass screen protector but that is ok I took it off and I will purchase another one and put it on with no bubbles.

Pretty good but using the tray to put it on I noticed that it was just a little off center on the front facing camera. But did not block or interfere with the camera itself.

It's a decent screen protector. It affects the camera at certain angles and in certain lights, and the fingerprint reader doesn't accurately read your fingerprint at times.

Austin not only provided excellent service in replacing my cell phone screen but i recognized him from the camera area and, while working on the cell phone screen, he gave me excellent advice on the cameras I'm looking at!!

The Zagg invisible shield phone protector is excellent. I have had no problems with touching commands. I have had Zagg products in the past and this appears to live up to their standard.

Greatt..but no longer in best buy system..but it came with lifetime warranty..what will best buy do to honor the warranty

I don't think this is the best tempered glass screen protector because it has a small crack from when I was getting the bubbles out but it's not so bad to be replaced at this time.

The product was great, but it was Terrance who put it on our phone . Something that Verizon can't seem to do without a bubble in it. And charge a lot more for. Terrance is great.

Virtually nothing to complain about, if it wasn't for the cutout for the camera you wouldn't know it was there. Doesn't mess with fingerprint/biometrics functionality and everything is in a more "peace of mind" place.

I am somewhat disappointed in this screen protector. The written instructions were terrible. After looking at the video, I was able to install the protector, but days later, I still have bubbles. This is not my first rodeo. I did everything correctly, but the result is far from perfect. It also seems to be a bit smaller than the screen it is supposed to protect. The comments on the video she that I am not alone in my complaints I did register the protector. Hopefully. it works better than it looks.

Very happy with this product. So far I have not had any problems and i've droppedy phone a few times. Works better than others I've used in the past.

This product does a great job at protecting your phone, but the product itself cracks fairly easy. Glad Zagg makes it easy to replace them though.
