Needed to replace my motorola g6 3g phone. Decided I wanted a phone with a really good camera. I balked at the high cost of the flagship cellphones at $1000 + cost. After much research found the samsung S20 FE met the majority of my needs at almost half the cost of the flagship models. I purchased the phone online but picked it up in store. The online experience was perfect no problems. The in store experience was also perfect. All the staff was very helpful except one person at the cell phone area. I asked for help in moving my SIM card from my old phone to the new one. He said it was easy ( yes if you do it everyday) and said do it yourself I'm busy with my customers. I was ready to give up when one of the other sales associates gave his time to move the SIM card from my old phone to my new phone. He also help me install a micro SD card at the same time. He then proceeded to print out instructions on how to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone. Data transfer was very easy using the instructions given (took about 3 hours using samsung data transfer ap). I can't thank Chaz at the Honolulu store enough for helping me, turning a potentially bad experience into a good one. I will continue shopping at Best Buy with great employees like Chaz.

As other reviewers pointed out, this doesn't cover the full screen. It covers the screen part, not the black bezels. As a result, there is a gap in between it and any case you put on your phone. I get that this is why it is shorter, but it allows tons of fibers, dust, ect. to collect there and it looks horrible. Also it leaves it open to damage. I've had it on my phone for a week and something has hit the edge of it and now my screen protector is cracked already. I partially blame Samsung because in reading reviews for other products I see that any edge to edge glass protector does not fully stick to the edges, because....yes, they are very slightly curved. (Those of you that owned an S7 know what I mean) It seems Samsung is bound and determined to put their curve on EVERYTHING no matter how slight. This is very frustrating but I'm not sure what other product (if you want glass) is a better option. If I wasn't certain I'd mess up installation I'd go for the Whitestone Dome.

Awesome screen protector. You get free replacements for life of your phone, just bring broken one to best buy and they'll give you a new one

Very good for its price, it made a good christmas stocking stuffer for my mothers gift. It was available for pick up that same day.

My phone fell off the bed and the screen protector kept the screen from cracking.

It was good and good for what it can do. A product as advertised. But putting this one was a horrible experience. I just had the staff do this and let them figure it out.

It is good for a quick fix for a screen protector, however, it didn't have anything to smooth out the bubbles made. It hasnt

This screen protector is not listed on Zagg's website because of the newness of the phone. Nor is it in inventory at their warehouse. You cannot even register this product for Zagg's product warranty because the product is not listed on their website yet. When you contact Zagg they will tell you that they cannot register the product until it is listed on their website. Also, if you have any issues- such as this screen protector breaking- if you buy this screen protector from BB, and not Zagg, Zagg will have you deal with BB on your own because Zagg doesn't give refunds or exchanges on products that are third party. Therefore, in a nutshell, if BB is not going to let you replace this screen protector at their store, don't waste your time getting this product. You're better off ordering from Zagg where they say they have record of the transaction and can more easily replace the product if it's in stock( but they never refund) your purchase. I just spent 2 days talking back and forth with Zagg representatives about the screen protector I bought from BB. They admitted I have a defective screen protector and this is the info that was given to me.

Box damaged and frame broken. Bought two and used frame from other packages.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR! You've been warned. It's like buying a set of curtains that say they'll fit your window and finding out later, there's a gap on each side. This screen protector doesn't fully cover the entire screen and you get this very distracting, bright line going down each side of the screen. I'm not very happy with this purchase and would like to return it but I know I'll play hell beause Best Buy also installed it for me. Whatever happened to the word, "QUALITY"? If I don't get this matter resolved, Best Buy will never see my face again.

Setup-installation was a big problem, Peeling Tab 1 didn’t leave 2 layers (protector & guide) but left one layer (guide). Since we didn’t know this, we had trouble getting the layer to stick to phone as it wasn’t the sticky protection layer. When we recognized that the protector had come off with the Tab 1 layer, we separated the protection layer from the guide layer and struggled to apply the Protection layer without the aid of the guide. Then we had to work for 20-30 minutes trying to remove the bubbles, most gone, still a few.

out of the package, there is a horizontal line half way down the protector, perfectly straight and horizontal. Then, you have to pull off 3 tabs on different sides of the screen, which tear as evenly as a bad deli plastic preferation, tearing uneven lines over portions of the screen. Theres nothing like buying a $850 phone, then putting a trash protector on the front. I'll buy another brand. Not putting that on my phone.

I'd be happier with this product if they had mentioned in the instructions that the screen protector isn't identical on both ends & therefore needs to be applied with the end with tiny camera hole at the top. It's so small I certainly didn't notice & didn't see any mention of it in the instructions or on the applicator tabs, so I applied mine with the hole at the bottom by accident.

Put it on following the instructions in the video and was left with significant bubbles under the protector. I tried for 2 day to get the bubbles out, but was unsuccessful. After that I tried to remove it in order to reapply but that caused it to crack.

The product didn't work with the features on my phone which isn't the end of the world but the online return process is such a pain im disappointed i would rather just throw it away than fight to return

I would never buy this again. It leaves a quarter inch gap at the bottom. Tons of room where the phone could get damaged
