We paid the extra $8 to have them put it on in the store .. which was well worth the $8. It looks great on his phone.. no problems with it. I gave it a 4 star only because we aren't sure how it'll hold up to being dropped.

I do have a crack on the edge of mine right now but I believe it was because of the age of mobs phone case does not protective enough. I do wish you could just go back to the store and get your free replacement though.

They always seem to be one of my best defenses for protection in addition to my case that I also always purchase. They may show fingerprints like the glass does, but they wipe off easily most of the time. Best Buy employee installed it for me. Always the best service and helpfulness.

Comes with a rectangular bracket that sits on top of the phone during installation of the screen protector. It allows a total novice, like me, to do a perfect installation of the screen protector. As you set the screen protector onto the guide it forces the protector into perfect position centered in all way on the screen. You'll love it.

I had to order the item online from BB and received it about 7 days later. Opened, unwrapped, read instructions and applied as directed. all worked OK. I preferred to use the smoothing device I got from ATT store. it was much more capable of removing air spots from the face of the phone. Thanks,
