Adam did a great job of applying the protector. The quality of the screen was not diminished at all. The protection of the screen was/is amazing.

Great screen protection. Dropped my new phone already. Ugg. I thought I cracked the screen until I removed the Zagg and the screen was perfect. Only the protector was cracked.

The product has lasted without disruption since buying it about a month ago. I had previously used a Tech21 product with was easily scratched, then cracked. I try to be careful with avoiding dropping my phone, but with a house of 3 young boys and constant multitasking, it is unavoidable. The staff were great. Met my expectations.

Funny story.. I ordered the wrong one. I needed one for the S20 5G and not the S20 FE.. BUT I have used these before and I did get to inspect the quality and instructions and I can tell you its the solid type screen protector that seems similar to plastic glass and not the skimpy film type that some companies sell.
