2 foot drop cracked it

A 2 foot, low impact fall from a table in my living room on to a wood floor cracked it. Although my phone screen did not break, I dont believe my phone screen would have broken with that kind of drop anyway. Easy enough to install, came with plastic guide for installation.

Cracks easily but will protect the phone

I gave it 4 stars mainly for that reason. It protects yet its inconvenient to hve to replace it often. I have total tech so replacing the shield is free but its a hassle to have to go in to wait on line, if they even have the item in stock.

I have had numerous Samsung phones, the 8 and 9, now the 20 FE. I really love this phone and the new capabilities it has. And switching my info and pics over from my other phone was easy as tapping the screen and putting the 2 phones beside each other. My only dislike is the fact the back is plastic, I wanted glass and should have paid more attention I also wish it was thinner. Overall, an amazing phone
