    The five stars is for new zagg shield Good product, replaced broken zagg shield. Zero stars for charging this 78year old man with arthritis in both hands, $9+ to apply new shield to my cell phone, I told him that was reason I could not apply myself. I made a mess of the last one I put on myself. Bestbuy great store for your electronic needs

    I had phone w/ shield one day, sat it on my leg, phone slid down leg, bounced off chair, landed on floor, shattered shield. Best Buy had no cases in stock for this phone model, but at least the phone glass wasn't broken.
