In less than a week it had two chips on the edge. Granted that was the week I was waiting for my otter box, Still, I was rather disappointed.

seems to work okay, but be sure to adjust touch sensitivity setting on your phone... especially if, like me, you have a light touch

Not good glass seemsb old. It is ok but not as good as originally purchased.

Cool service..nothing outstanding though..kept my phone for 30 mins just to put on a screen protector. But hey..they did it right..ig

My first glass screen protector. Mininimal crack happened when it was put on so getting another one..lifetime screens free which is good.

I honestly don't know why I keep buying them not the first time I've had one crack pretty much as soon as I got it

It's not that old and it's already scratched, so it's not as good as others that I've had. I will have to try a different brand next time.

This glass screen has been replaced three times already. BB employees have tried to charge me for what is supposed to be free installation each time.

got a crack after several drops. The bad part is that ZAGG sent me a new one free (paid shipping) but it was worst and thinner than the first one.

Have had Best Buy put two on my phone and they still can't get to fit and stick down like it should.

The shield does not some to the edge of the phone, leaving a small gap between the cover and the glass, where dust, etc can accumulate.

So following the instructions I have 6 air bubbles that won't leave, wish they stocked this in the store so we can pay for this service.

Good quality but poor fit on my A71 5G. Does not quite fit edge to edge on my screen. Not what i'd expect from Zagg.

screen cracked within a month of having it, always prefer the thick film protection versus the glass

Looks really nice and keeps finger prints off the phone...BUT.... within two weeks of installation there appear chips on the edge which can cut my fingers. These eventually lead to hairline cracks . I'm on my third one now and need to have it changed out again. I try to keep it away from my car/house keys in my bag or pocket, but it still chips on the edges. Too bad.

Does the job fair. Hard to get it lined up perfectly. Cracked pretty quickly but has kept my actual screen from cracking.

If BB did not replace the screen protector once its cracked, this item is so overrated and over-priced.

Okay I would recommend and I would share but a lot of times they had bubbles but that is ok they fixed it

This screen is great and all but it doesn't protect the full surface of of the screen. It also dents a lot with impacts.
