Also arrived with 3 scratches on the glass.

I was told by the Best Buy person that waited on me, that they would install it for me, but would cost $7.50. Decided I could do it myself. Didn't see the "guide" until after I already adhered it (crookedly) onto the phone. Won't do that again.

We have had it for no more than 3 months & we have had to have it replaced 3 times. We are not rough w/ this phone either.

This 3rd one is doing fine, so far. I'm being extra careful to not lose grip of my phone, or leave it in a vulnerable spot. I have had this 3rd screen protector for at least a month now.
