Garbage phone, ridiculous recommendation.

I need a phone to capture many moments of my child learning to communicate (he has autism) and keep up with his youtube needs while we travel for his therapy. The lag time when taking photos is ridiculous. The signal is horrible. I drop calls and people can't hear me. Watching videos or browsing is a joke. I'm sure it's still faster than dial up but it gives me the same twitch that I remember from childhood. I was desperate for a replacement when I got it, my Note9 was destroyed. My 512g Note 9. After research, I don't know why anyone would recommed this phone, with HALF the RAM of my previous phone.

I still haven't received my second one and have no screen protector on my phone. Thanks Best Buy!!

eh, save money

Although they keep replacing it for free...at one point you kinda give up and say forget it. We went through about 7....not sure if it's the tech who cannot place it correctly. But our phone screen is doing just fine without a screen protector.
