Nothing special works as advertised. son cracked it first day

I had this product for a day. It felt and crack the next day.

Protecting my screen but it cracked fast. Placed on by geek squad

I have not had good luck with this. I am on my second one in less than a month and it is cracked again. I have never had an issue with my phone's screen protector until now. Also, both have been put on crooked. So far, I am not impressed at all.

It works fine have a few kinks that could be addressed.

Glass chipped with a small drop. Best Buy repacked it immediately.

It was ok for my phone but it was just temporary.

Had to get three before it was installed properly on my phone.

I prefer the tempered glass. doesn't show little dings.

Makes it harder to type and doesnt cover whole screen.

I purchased 2 of these to go on my new S10e phones. I have had Zagg products in the past and was very impressed. My wife is harder on phones than I am and had to replace only 1 on her S7 in the whole 3 years she had it. I have had these phones for 2 months and replaced my wifes already and her new one is cracked. I notificed today that mine has a small crack accross a corner and it was in a pocket with nothing else in it on my way home from work. The glass does not cover whole screen area either like before.

I could not get anyone in the store to put this on for me. There are a bunch of air bubbles and the shield doesn't really cover the whole phone. There is about a 1/4 of an inch on the top and about 1/8 of inch on one side.

Doesn't cover the entire front, difficult to apply

I am on the 3rd screen protector in 4 weeks. The plastic cover does protect the screen, but it does not adhere to the scrren very well. It starts to lift after a couple of days.

This phone protector is not worth the money. It does not cover the entire screen, it did not include the squeegee like online youtube tutorials had, there is no way to align the protector like the online youtube tutorial kits had, you must eyeball it. Wish I would've paid best buy to do this instead of attempting it on my own. Easy way waste $30.00 in a matter of minutes, especially when you're shorted installation material(s). There was also hair attached to the screen protector upon removal like it had been opened before.

This screen protector did away with biometric fingerprint and facial recognition features of my Samsung A50. It has 2 large bubbles on each side obscuring views. It was applied by a Best Buy associate and is unreturnable. I am not happy with this at all..... store has been closed or unavailable for appointments or has cancelled an appointment that I did manage to make..... 3 weeks out. I bought a year of Geek Squad Total Tech Support and am supposedly an Elite BestBuy customer. I know that these are unusual times but the least that could be done is to extend the support for another year and to take care of your elite customers.

I would have like to exchange it along with the case but did not have boxes to do so. The case I bought did not stay on and it was not aligned with functional buttons on phone. It covered on/off button the most.

Already showing a crack in the cover. Haven't been rough with my phone. My screen protector for my s4 and s6 lasted the entire time I owned those, which were handled much rougher. Just expected these to be more rugged than they are.
