I've been using various screen protectors on various phones for years and never had an issue with them getting damaged. I purchased this protector and applied it last month. Every week I notice a new chip or crack in the protector. I have not dropped my phone and it is treated in a very gentle manner. The latest crack today is across half of the phone's surface. There is a warranty in place, but you do have to pay shipping, and frankly I do not believe I would want another given how poorly this has performed.

1--The Good Thing about getting it from Best Buy is that Best Buy will Replace it FREE the 1st time, Good thing because I had to get it replaced in less than a week. 2--This screen CRACKS / CHIPS too easily. I placed my Phone in My Backpack stuff w/Groceries n a Sweater when I took My Phone out...it was CHIPPED Really Bad! 3--If it can't survive placing it in a Backpack w/Groceries and a Sweater ????? 4--Now I'm going Crazy SEARCHING Online for another Brand Any Suggestions?? Please??

Expensive. The fit is way too short and it's terrible. Otterbox wants you to pay $15 to exchange this terrible design. Nope luckily Best Buy will take care of it as they are awesome.

I was told by cashier the salesperson would put it on. She tried 3 times and each time she had to go get a new one. The last one she did tore but the store did not have any so she told me that as soon as they get some in I can bring it back and get a new one. Due to the corovirus I have not been back to the store as of yet. But I will be returning and obtaining a new one that I will try to put on myself.

have had 3 screen protectors and everyone broke within a week. not hard on phone. I'm using it right now with broken screen cover. wrote to company and never seen anything

Seemed like it was a decent screen protector, but it cracked within a few days. Not sure if it was defective or from being outside in cold weather.

In less than a week it was chipped on the side. I am not hard on things. Was told this brand was of very good quality but it's not. Took it back for replacement. They (Best Buy) had to take it off my phone, leaving my phone unprotected, to send it back to the company for a replacement to be shipped. Waiting for replacement in my mail. Will be making a trip back to Best Buy to have them put it on. Wonder how long it will hold up. Wish I had taken a pic of the chipped area but didn't think to.

Loved the quality of this shield but unfortunately it interfered with the touch capabilities even after adjusting the settings on the phone. I wound up just removing it.

Impossible to install. I paid Best Buy mobile to install it and they went through their entire stock to get it done right. After all their screen protectors were used up, they shipped one to my address. I figured I could do better, and I couldn’t figure out what was supposed to stay on the phone and what was supposed to be peeled off. Product was destroyed in the process. I cant imagine the Zagg or Best Buy is making any money on these.

If I could I would give this product a zero. I wish I had not purchased this product. I think it is expensive. I put it on my phone and it took me about and hour to "press" the bubbles out from under the screen. Later in the evening I noticed a chip on the edge of the glass. It had not been dropped or bumped so I suspect there was a defect in the glass. Since then there is an additional chip on another edge and it has cracked across the screen. As soon as I can figure out how to get it off my phone it will be in the trash.

Low quality, crack easily, i ordered a better ine but either came in defective or was installed wrong best buy made ne buy a new one not real happy about that!!!

Received the shield, however, it is the wrong one. When I ordered it, I entered in the correct information but that is not what I received. It was too long for my phone.

Within the first week the shield had a crack going through it. Best buy replaced it, but I can't imagine how I'm supposed to depend on this shield to keep my phone protected for 2 years

Every time I order a item from BestBuy online I get screwed. Worse site I have every seen. Will never use again!!!!

Immediately it caused issues with some screen touches not registering. I was considering returning it but wanted to give it a little more time. Then it cracked while my phone was in my pocket! I didn't do anything to put excessive pressure on it but now it's broken in less than a week. Also the instructions for putting it on were not very clear. It felt like they were trying to use as few words as possible.

despite keeping my new phone in a designated pocket in my purse by itself, this screen protector was cracked across and throughout within 3 days and without having dropped it or otherwise done anything to cause this. For $30 you get zero help bc zagg warranty only applies after 30 days they say to return to best buy but their return is only 14 days. Besides zagg no longer carries my screen protector so I could've set my $30 on fire and been more satisfied than I was buying this trash

These screen protectors are supposed to be able to withstand massive blows, but couldn't last installation by employee. Seemingly had a manufacturer defect in same spot of two different screen protectors. Was able to get my refund. Hopefully I will find something reliable on a website, even though I prefer to shop locally

the fact that the cover is glass doesn't make the screen any less slick and slippery. Something that provides a bit of traction would be better

keeps breaking. on my 3rd or 4th one. What a PITA. Sure they replace it. driving to store or shipments being lost is a hassle.
