Purchased same day as phone and it cracked the day after. Purchased a second one that also cracked.

Not happy. I am pretty easy on my phones. This screen was scratched within a month and i can't figure out how.

So far it is ok, but it is not smudge proof, I am constantly wiping off smudges and finger prints.

Terrible product. Way too expensive and when I went to install, there was actually dust bewteen the cover and the "screen protector"....made it impossible to instally properly without creating several air bubbles. I actually returned this to the store and bought a superior screen protector on Amazon for half the price.

This was the fourth shield ordered, and along with the previous 3, it was cracked when the Best Buy sales associate placed it on the phone. We were frustrated waiting a week for each one, so decided to accept this one even though it had a small crack located toward the bottom. Now, that imperfection has spread upward. Very frustrating.

This screen protector didn't even last me a month. I pay $39.99 plus tax and my 11 month old was able to break it by just biting on my rubber case protector and somehow the screen protector broke in just a couple of weeks. I've bought some other screen protectors at Walmart for half the price of this one and has lasted me way longer then a month!

Cracked 3 days after having it installed. Still has air bubbles in some spots.

Dropped it once, not far or hard. Screen cracked from camera hole down 3 inches.

Cracks and chips very easily. Will look for another protector next time.

Drop phone and it got a chip on the shield. I haven't had time to see if it would be replaced

This screen protector was installed by best buy at the store. Looked perfect when I walked out, and had multiple cracks across it within days just from being in my pocket. Try something else. Also noted that it's one of the most expensive screen protectors on the market.

First cover broke in a dew days. It was also not as esay to install.

Terrible protector. It started to come off before I even owned the new phone for 2 weeks. Then I couldn't get it replaced because of COVID-19 closures and restrictions at my Best Buy store. My actual phone might be scratched now because I can't get it replaced.

When installed to my Galaxy S20 Fe 5g by best buy employee it did have some bubbles in the sides, they have to replace with another one but it turned out the same, until now the bubbles are still there and when I ask for replacement through the zag website I had to pay for the shipping fee. Waste of money

Absolutely not worth the price. I took the original one that I bought with my S21 Plus 5G along with the phone right back into Best buy a couple days after purchase because after just a little bit of use the side start peeling the bottom starts appealing it retained scratches very easily.

Geek Squad installed the protector. He said it didn't go on very good. I don't know if it was the installation or the protector. BB won't say what to do if it comes off. The protector works good, you can't tell it's on. Very smooth, doesn't interfere with the sensitivity of the phone screen I'd buy it again.

bought this on the 24th of december, it's already broken on 1st of january

Did not have the phone with me when I bought the screen for my husband's phone. This means my husband had to apply it himself. The edge over the power button would not go on smoothly and soon became very rough to the touch. It now is running a cracked screen from that point.

Terrible cover it lasts about a week or two then the edges start to crack

Terrible this is #3......After having someone at BestBuy put this new one on 3 months later you can peel it right off. Not sure if it's the product of the store employee not knowing how to put it on for me. Unfortunately it's non returnable
