Would give it zero . Doesnt work.waste of money. I lost the slide up and slide down functions of my phone. Coulduse samsung pay or acess the slide settings features. There were no air pockets. Had some one at best buy try fixing it twice.

very slow quality crack and break around the edges

I found this product to be a bit difficult to install

My daughter and I both got this protector. Doesn't go to edge so not full protection for your phone. Neither of us dropped our phones yet the screen protectors cracked. Total garbage and waste if money.

Had to return because the protector stops about 2 inches from the bottom. I know they try to make these a little smaller so they are case friendly, but 2 inches is to much. My wife kept catching her finger on the bottom of the protector.

There needs to be a sticker on the front: Warning: Read All Directions before Using. This was my fault - but I didn't read the directions and the glass screen immediately got lint/scrathces on it - having to throw it away and buy another one.

One day a crack showed up right across the width of my phone. Had not dropped or knocked it. Had i been given a choice, I would have chosen the liquid shield, but the Best Buy rep just automatically put it on without asking my preference.

Bought my phone Feb 2021 - This is the third one of these that I have had on my phone and this one already has a crack on it - None of the three could handle a drop of less than 2 feet without cracking

The shield is supposedly to protect your screen, but it cracked as I was applying it. Once the shield is on your screen, its difficult to remove without cracking further. So I have to to deal with a cracked screen shield from now on.

Not impressed with this product. When the warranty expired the protector cracked when I touched it. Best Buy replaced it at no cost to me and installed. Unfortunately its not really installed correctly. That how difficult it is to install.

I don't know if it's a manufacturer defect but I'm going to have to go for the third time to replace it again. I don't blame Best Buy because they only sell the product for Zagg, but I am disappointed because I have used Zagg products before.

The store associate didn't want to work and help me find this said they didn't sell them and walked away making me look for it other than that the product doesn't fit the phone fully too small and a small plastic pin cracked the screen

The Samsung GalaxyA51 phone came without directions on how to use it. I paid $27 for a manual on line, the pictures were blurry, it was from England. Why is there no class on how to use your new phone.

Phone works good, but the screen on my new S20 is cracked all ready. I have only had this phone for 15 days and it has been in this case and it has never been dropped. I don't know what to do!

This screen protector is the absolute worst yo install. The bubbles it gets is the hardest to get out. And then it cracked 4 days later by being in my purse. Will never purchase again.

I hope the salesperson was right about the product having a lifetime warranty and all I have to do is return it for a replacement. I answered Yes to refer the project IF it can be replaced every time it breaks.

Broken when I put it on screen just from smoothing it our like it had said on the packaging and now I just got a cheaper one from walmart that's work way better and covers all of my screen. Very disappointed in product.

Less than a month and its already cracked. Paid 25 dollars for a month usage to cover a cracked screen. Double than the insurance coverage. Also, the box only contains (1) shield.

Already sporting several cracks ,will not recommend this product to anyone. Was not able to register this product because my loving wife threw box away.

I am having a lot of problems with this purchase. In fact, the help center gave me the phone number for U Break it I Fix it because they couldn't even get the phone to function correctly.
