I feel this was the worst glass screen protector I've ever purchased. It chipped around the edges everywhere . Im very gentle to my phone so that shouldnt have happened period.

I'm not sure how it works because straight out of the envelope type package it was already cracked. Maybe a small box would be better since it is fragile. Definitely have to return to the store.

Screen protector cracked 2nd day i had it while it was in my pocket, been trying to warranty replace it for over a week and website says will notify whenever it decides to be in-stock, worthless...

Unfortunately this did not line up perfectly with the phone that I bought my mom. I have installed many of these before. It cracked when I was trying to press the corner side area. Disappointed.

It does what its supposed to but it is very brittle and cracks so eaisly have had to purchase new ones to replace this purchase.

Advertised as tested for 8 foot drop. My phone was dropped off a nightstand from 3 feet and cracked in 2 places 6 days after it was purchased.

The screen protector cracked within 6 days of purchase. The company ZAGG has awful customer service. Purchase a different brand, you'll be happy you did.

No spot for fingerprint reader. Once I applied this the fingerprint reader did not work. Reject. If you use the fingerprint reader on your S20-FE DO NOT BUY THIS.

the right side of film does not stick to the phone face, second time they have put one on my Galaxy S10e and have the same proble , they keep telling me to bring it back. How many times do I do that

After I finished placing the screen protector on my phone I noticed a crack. Several days later I saw another chip again. I have to purchase another protector.

I didnt factually need them, because when we opened the box. The phone came with one. The best buy associate didnt know that or did, and sold me on it. Unnecessary. And, know your product.

Bought a LIFETIME replacement, only to here,WE dont cover that phone any longer, and i need to ho yheu Zagg who wants 10 bucks shipping

I ordered this and when I got the package it was completely shattered inside. It really makes me question the quality and how well it take abuse from use.

This came with no Instructions.When I tried to use it there were air bubbles underneath,when I tried to remove it, it broke. Thanks for nothing!

Can't get it to stop echo, hard to turn on, hard to work with, battery doesn't last long as they say. And I had a Samsung j3 and had the best with it

Size was a little small and the placement guide wasn't well aligned. My son had a fit after he did it. Wasted the cost of the product

This is the worst protector ever to try and install. The air bubbles it gets and not completely adhere to the screen. Waste of money!!!!

It cracked shortly after I bought it. It scraped against something metallic and has a large scratch running from side to side.

supposed to be lifetime guaranteed ,,,,what a joke,,,if this was a car i`d use the lemon law to get rid of it
