The protector cracked a few weeks after I bought it and had it installed. I'm not sure how best buy stands behind the lifetime warranty it has however I will soon go in and be able to find out...that alone is a peace of mind if they do as they said they would

Has taken a bit of adjustment but learning to use apps as before as well as new ones. I do not like that true numbers of unread emails no longer displayed only new emails I hadn't already viewed. Also feel like newer apps taking over my life. However love amount of memory , wireless charging and speed of charging

Not sure how to rate except that, even though this shield cracked on the first day I purchased it, I'm told the glass on my phone did not so, that kept me from giving it a 2. We left for a long trip the following day and didn't return for a week. When then tracked to south Louisiana for a few then back home. After multiple times trying to reach Best Buy(not their fault) I gave up when I saw a hurricane in the gulf. That same hurricane dropped a tree in my north Louisiana home and we have been displaced ever since. Wiith Covid and displaced, I haven't had time to replace this shield. The second one I purchased for my husband has also a crack in it. No idea when that happened. This is the first time I have ever had a crack across my "screen". I have ALWAYS had an Otterbox and my cells have always looked like day 1 years later. Not sure I will like having to replace a screen over and over again.
