It's definitely a durable screen protector for the price paid, however, I occasionally had technical difficulties with getting the fingerprint authentication to read and pass through.

I bought it for my phone a few days after I got it since no one had anything in stock yet. Best Buy was the only one who had anything in stock for the S20 FE 5G. It has held up well and hasn't let me down yet even with all the drops Iv made. 10/10, would recommend

This was a little pricey for a screen protector, but it seems like a pretty good option. It was an okay experience installing it. It took a bit longer to get the bubbles to go away though.

Seems a little thin/flimsy compared to others I've had. Application ok and air bubbles that I couldn't seem to get out actually worked themselves out. A bit pricey in my opinion.

My old Samsung was an S5 and I needed a new phone and Samsung has really good products. Best Buy was offering a good price. Phone is fine still finding my way around all the apps.

Very knowledgeable staff guided us through our purchase. The emphasis was on what made sense for us and not just trying to sell us the highest priced product. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We were very pleased with the whole process.

It had been nearly 4 years since I'd bought a phone or accessories, so maybe I'm out of touch, but this protector was drastically better and cheaper than I expected. And since I'm incompetent, an employee at the store put it on for me. It's strong, looks good, and doesn't impede touch sensitivity.

Took 6 weeks for original order to arrive. In meantime, I ordered again and that one arrived approximately a week later!!

I am not hard on my phone, but like the protection as the phone often is in the top tube bag on my bike often. Easy to remove fingerprints with an eyeglass cloth. After a year, no scratches on screen protector unlike my experience with cheaper knockoff screen protectors

Honestly, these are the best on the market. And by buying directly from Best Buy, means you can return them and get a brand new one the same day if it breaks or gets scratched. No mailing the old one and waiting for the new replacement to arrive.

I like that it has a lifetime replacement, I had to replace it in the first week. It is broken again. Not as sturdy as I wouldhave hopped.

The glass appears duable. However, after only 5 months, my glass has shattered. The crazy thing about it, is that I don't recall dropping nor bumping it. Strange.

I am very pleased with my phone. I won't use all of the features but it's nice to have them. I am a fan of Samsung products. The associate who helped me was polite and knowledgeable.

Had a difficult time finding a good quality glass for this new phone, had to order it and wait for delivery. But, very pleased with the product, and Best Buy installed it for us!

Definitely worth the extra cost compared to the cheap ones as they hold up to what they are advertised. This one still looks the same as it did when I put it on 3 months ago

I'm pleased with this purchase, it's easy to maintain clean surface and get rid of smudges I left. I also noticed that it's much thicker than the last one I purchased and I didn't mind pay more for the quality product.

Easily found what I came in for......... sales person installed it on my phone......paid for it and left. All within half-hour. Hard to review the product as it is a phone screen and it is just there as it should be. No problems.

I did as it said but some how it got bubbles under the glass screen protector but that is ok I took it off and I will purchase another one and put it on with no bubbles.

Purchased this when I upgraded my new phone as there was no Otterbox Defender case made for it. I have replaced the glass 3 times under warranty. Not due to it failing, but doing what it is designed to do - protect your phone screen.

I was surprised how quickly the protector broke...but I guess it protected the actual phone glass.
