I like that BestBuy saves that the screen protector was purchased there so when it inevitably does crack I don't have to find the recite to replace it.

Bought phone thought it needed a shield for glass had one installed by your tec, who did not even know the Sam sung 10 allready has a shiel on screen from the factory

this make my second one that I have purchased. I had to remove and place on newphone. My shield have broken at very top and not taking good pictures

I purchased screen service protection for ZAGG - InvisibleShield® Glass+ Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy, supposed to be as long as I own the phone. 2 years later, ZAGG protector is broken and store says they can no longer get the one to fit my phone. So the "lifetime" guarantee is not true. I should get a refund.

Fairly hard and sturdy, and doesn't impede use of the touchscreen from what I can tell. It's somewhat expensive for what it is, but it's functional.

The Assistant Store Manager took great care of me to the point that he even installed the screen protector on my phone. I will recommend business his way as well as keep going to him for my Best Buy Needs!

Fit my Galaxy S10e with edge that still allows for a case to fit. I did have to increase sensitivity on the touch setting, but feels great and will keep my screen protected.

Works better than any other screen protector. Usually don't buy the glass ones due to them breaking easily but it's been find so far.

It was definitely a busy day when I went in. Considering it was so busy, I really had good service. It just took a bit longer than normal. My phone person did everything to get me what I needed. Unfortunately, the shelf was bare of what I needed. When I went to look at car stereos I found that the person in that department did what he could but the stock items were in short supply. I guess the virus really made it difficult on business.

This has saved at least 3 phones in my family. Free replacement makes it well worth the cost. I thought a screen was shattered, but no, only cover.

I've used Zagg for years and their protects are always good. The lifetime warranty also helps to insure that you are getting a quality product.

Does what it suppose to. I have crack on mine on the bottom, must of drop phone. Good thing my phone screen is ok. This why i bought same screen protector cause i know it will do its job.

purchased Zagg product before. This was the same. Comes with cleaning wipe and alignment tray/frame. The only problem with install is getting all of the bubbles out, just be patient. Recommend product.

The service was superb. The store agent name Ross made sure the protector was applied adequately. He even wiped the phone down before giving it back. He exhibit over the top professionalism.

This shield is a zagg so its pretty good. Literally only covers the usable screen and not the black edges. Looks weird when the screen is off but gets the job done.

I like the fact that it covers the camera hole, which reduces lint buildup. I would of given it 5 stars if it covered more of the phone (it's a tad small)

Has been very good so far. Leaves some space between it and a normal-sized phone case, which isn't ideal. Outside of that I'm optimistic.

Easy pick up and transfer from old phone. Only thing I was disappointed in is that it cost extra for this service, which had always been free and one of the reasons I used Best Buy.

I've dropped my phone several times thinking the screen was cracked. Thankfully no damage to actual screen due to screen protector.
