the shield does not seal at the top corners, it was exchanged and the same problem, My phone is a Galaxy note 4.

didn't work right on note #4 still waiting on new one that fits right

First, it was a pain to install. It was my first one and now I believe the next one will be no issue. Now for the glass. It's nothing like the Note screen. I wish my truck was covered in whatever was on this stock screen. I think mud would slide off and not stick. And after a days worth of use, the stock screen barely has anything on it. Yes it will need to be cleaned, but no big deal if you do not. Now this Zagg glass has a halo around the screen due to the curved glass around the phone. Meaning the glass is not stuck to the phone on the edges. And after a few days, I'm starting to see junk stuck in there. Then, after using the phone for a couple of hours using the stylus mostly and some CLEAN finger work. The screen will look like you were eating KFC while on your phone. It must pull the oils right out of your skin. At this time, I do not recommend this screen protector until they improve on their design. Matter of fact, I'm stopping by BestBuy today to show them the screen and get a refund.

For the Note 4, this screen protector will not adhere to the edges due to the curved screen of the Note 4. Bought one for the wife's S5 and looks great. Will have to wait to see if Zagg makes changes to the product.

This product is good until it breaks. I have a case on the phone to cover the screen, I dropped the phone once and the screen protector broke. I actually had to remove it since it became sharp in some spots. Would hate to replace since its more likely to fall again and break. Choose a different screen protector to save on money and time.

I tried three different Zagg glass covers and even had them installed at the Zagg kiosk on our local mall. I was willing to try a few attempts but after three I called it quits. Very disappointed in this product. A little more R&D might have made the difference.

I like the protector but my platinum case doesn't fit with it on

This shield is ok, I do notice marks on it from the stylus.

Not as easy to put on as past zagg invisable shields.

Would not buy again. To difficult to place on phone.

As others have reported, the protector doesn't adhere to the screen for about 1/4" around the edge. It's visually distracting, and worse, it weakens the touch sensitivity around the edges. Zagg is working on the issue so I recommend waiting until they have addressed it before purchasing. The Best Buy employee who installed my screen warned me that there would be "a ring of bubbles" for a day or two. That suggests to me that she knew that the screen basically doesn't fit. I've purchased these screens before and the bubbles, if any, are never so uniformly and predictably located. BB should not sell this product until they receive a shipment of new ones from Zagg.

ZAGG is yet another company who decided to rush out their product before it was properly tested on the Note 4. The Note has a special 2D screen which is curved at the bezels which causes flat glass protectors to not adhere around the edges forming a "halo" like effect. The only way to make the glass fit without the halo is make a screen a tiny bit smaller so it doesn't make contact with the curvature which other companies have done at 1/3 the price. I will be returning my ZAGG glass screen protector today. Shame, because I put ZAGG glass on all my phones...

With the new shape of the note screen the glass zagg.com screen does not bend over to fit. Which causes it to bubble up and come off.

They really messed up with this product. If you didnt already know, then screen is curved around the edge. The Zagg screen protector is not. I only have it for about 3 hours and pocket lint got under the screen sense the 1/4" of the protector all the way around isnt touching the screen. To make is worse, I have told them what was going on and they are still selling them. DO NOT BUY ONE.

Best buy had to instal 3 screens and it still wont sit right. I was told that due to a issue in manufacturing on Zagg's part it causes this problem. I am not able to get this resolved for the next 6 months due to work conditions. So I am going to be stuck with a screen protector that cant even keep dust from getting between it and the screen.

I had a rep apply mine and it never sealed completely on the sides.

I always had a screen protectors on my phone. I ask the person at Best Buy to install it for me. Glad I did. She tried three times to install this product after the third we decided not to put it on the phone. This new phones has a beveled edge and the screen protector does not accommodate this. They need update this product.

It's decent but the edges come up with bubbles relatively fast, only been a week.

Bought it because it was ZAGGS. Installation was effortless. That is until, I noticed the halo. After doing some research, I found it to be an on-going issue. I know ZAGGS is aware of it and working to fix it. I heard there was no plans to fix it, but we'll see. If it gets fixed/redesigned, I'll buy another one.

Had it three weeks and it cracked.phone dint break no. But the glass broke.
