1 month into wear and I started noticing small cracks in my screen which only increased in the next month. Smudges also has always been in view, which are claims of not being problematic in this $50 screen protector.

Worth money don't like it is not finger print smug proof

Works OK. The width is too short. Needs to be bit wider.

I bought this since I've always used zagg products. This is not a good product for the note 9. The screen sensitivity has been reduced greatly and I am considering taking the screen protector off all together. The design needs more engineering to make it a great product.

I have had many zagg screens in past unfortunately this one was not worth it. The responsiveness of the phone was not working even with the adjustment. But the last draw was when it started coming off. Returned

Works great for certain cases but all in all pretty good

The protector cracked shortly after it was installed. Since it had a guarantee, I took it to be replaced. Rather than glass, the technician suggested a plastic film. That works fine.

This item was covered under warranty, however it was not available in the store so I had to have it sent to my house. After I received it in the mail I took it back to the store to have it put on and was charged $7.99 to put it on this was shocking because I paid $50 for the screensaver originally. Then it was put on and cracked right there in the store. I was told they could order me another one and send it to my house again however I declined because I did not want to pay another $7.99 to have it installed or wait for it to come in the mail. So presently I'm walking around with another cracked screen seems to be my luck!

This might he the worst screen protector ever made!!! If you were to spend this type of money for a screen protector, go buy a Whitestone Dome!!! Best one ever made!

Screen protector was easy to put on. Unfortunately it cracked very easily. Got an upgraded replacement from the manufacture. That one cracked on installation. I will not be using this brand anymore.

For an expensive cover that is supposed to be a good brand, it cracked in 1 1/2 months. Not worth the price. It doesnt even cover the full screen. I have never cracked a screen so this is disappointing the screen cover cracked so easily.

Protector bubbles up within days of use. Went into Best Buy to exchange for a new one since I have 45 days to do so. I received the worst customer service by a woman named Ashly said that even if I received a new screen protector it would eventually bubble up since my Android phone is curved. At first she demanded I have my receipt, plus she had the worst mood, to then tell me that I needed to return to manufacturer. Why is Best Buy selling this product for my type of Android if it will eventually not work after couple days of use?!

I usually LOVE Zagg glass. I had a Zagg glass on my last phone for 3 years that took quite a bit of abuse and still held strong! However, this Zagg glass cracked within 2 days just sitting in my purse. It, was never dropped or anything.

It does break before the phone face, BUT was told that WILL NOT crack. The company will replace it if you register it, but not worth the time....they just send you a new worthless product. Don't buy.

This was the only one in store that fit on note9 at the time hen I bought note9. Think I paid to much because after five months it's all cracked in multiple places but think it has lifetime replacement but you have to pay shipping
