The first time I purchased I broke the glass trying to place it over the tray. Bought another and decided to not use the tray. I did not break this time. I waited 3 hours before started to use the phone. I followed al the instructions including to make the sensitivity on the screen more sensitive. Everything seem great until I went into my NFL Overdrive and played my games. It did not last long. The glass shield came off. I placed it back on and waited and it continues to come off. So if you like to play do not purchase this one.

I've had the product for less than a month and there are 3 cracks going across the top half of the screen. I know they will replace it, but it should have lasted longer than a month before having to shell out about $10 for shipping.

This thing is nothing more than a fingerprint and smudge magnet. It actually takes the fun out of using the device! Absolutely horrible! And for $49, it's beyond pathetic!

Purchased for my boyfriend and it literally cracked after only hours of him having it. He didn't drop the phone, I think it was just a bad item. They have a lifetime warranty though, so I guess it's worth it once you pay shipping.

Purchased these for 2 separate phones. They were difficult to put on. One is doing fine, but on the other phone, we are already on our third one in 5 weeks and it is cracked again! Might recommend going with the cheaper option.

I purchased 2 of these for my note9 and they pealed off in 2 weeks due to it having a very thin adhesive strip unlike others where the entire thing is covered in the adhesive

This product is a waste of money. Makes hard to use phone's touch screen, cracked super easy & would fall off. Can't return to Best Buy. Have to exchange at Kiosk in a mall.

It has done a great job protecting my screen but a horrible job with the left side of my phone. Example I have to push push the "a"extra hard in order for the letter to appear... very frustrating.

I followed the directions to a tee. Went to remove the red thing and the Zagg cover broke on the corner. I was very disappointed. I would recommend to a friend Zagg is good just pay Best Buy $7.99 to do the install.

Went through 3 screen protectors in a little more than a month. They are overpriced & crack easily!! Blackweb is a far better screen protector at less than half the price.

This is the worst possible screen protector I've ever heard of. Mine broke 11 days after getting it, and I bet you want to know why. It didn't fall screen first like you would think, I was walking through the parking lot and it simply fell off my phone,the wind blew it 4-5 ft. and it is cracked everywhere. It would be more useful if you just threw your money out the car window on the way to get this than it would be to actually buy it. I don't even recommend this to people I DON'T LIKE!!

Screen cracked within a week and it had not even been dropped. Zagg is overpriced for the quality. Yes it comes with a warranty but it will cost you another $9.99 to replace your lifetime warranty screen protector.

Zagg I was told doesn't have the adhesive on the sides but after purchasing I can clearly see the adhesive 49.99 for this is not worth it. Theirs better for the price

This screen protector only adheres to the outside edges of the screen. I had to replace my screen protector twice. Only lightly dropped my phone between the car seat, pulled it up and the screen was shattered. Replaced the screen via warranty. Within 2 weeks phone dropped on the couch and to the carpet, again very lightly yet ended up with a tiny crack that eventually cracked from one side to the other. Returned it again, this time replaced with a different style of Zagg screen protector that it adheres to the entire screen. Much more secure and the touch screen works better too.

Bought two of these recently. One already cracked with a two foot fall onto a plastic floor. The other case takes away from the phone's sensitivity....I gotta press extra hard. Store installed both units.

We paid $50 for 2. My husband's cracked immediately so we contacted Zagg cause its lifetime warranty but they charge$10 to ship something that should cost maybe $1!!!! Never will purchase Zagg again

This only lasted a week. Some dirt got inside and I thought it was on the outside. As I was attempting to swipe it off the screen the pressure cracked my own screen protector in the process.

I had a Note since they first came out. Just love them. So versatile. I am happy they have better battery life now and that you can expand the memory. That was a HUGE drawback to the Note 5. I do not, however like the Zagg screen protector at all. Within 2 days it was coming off. I went back and they replaced it. A week later, same issue. I do not use my phone all that much so I am very disappointed in this. Would not recommend it - waste of money. I have not gone back again because its pretty pointless to get the same thing again.

Hot ome for myself and myself eith our new note 9s and they both popped off and cracked in first few days might as well throw 50 $ a piece in the trash

Would recommend another brand the screen protector only have double side sticker on the edges of both side of the screen. I drop the phone for the 1st time the screen protector fall off the phone.
