I had a best buy tech install the shield when I bought the phone new. From day one I've had issues with it not sealing properly. Very annoying

Rip off! The manufacturer has a lot of nerve selling a piece of plastic for such an outrageous cost.

This protective shield cracked, and I am returning it for replacement. It's good that it comes with guaranteed replacement. So, stay tuned for a follow up review on that warantee...

Screen protector cracked out of nowhere. Did not drop the phone, just found a crack on the edge of the screen protector that looks like impact damage which is strange since this phone never left my phone holder in my car. Hopefully I can get a refund.

For years, I have always bought Zagg screen protectors for our phones. This screen protector was installed on my phone by the Geek squad less than 2 weeks ago. My grown children both remarked I paid too much for protection that there are other products available at a better price. I told them I trusted Zagg products. Within days, the sides catch every piece of dust, lint, etc. The screen protector gets smeary. It is impossible to keep clean. To add insult it just popped off & here I am without screen protection. I am beyond frustrated!!!

It goes on nice and easy, I followed directions exactly as instructed, but drop my phone and it "popped right off". Doesn't work if it not on the phone. For 50$ it's not worth it

The protector protects the screen well. However, it was easily scratched and the touch sensitivity is horrible. I have trouble getting it to recognize that I'm touching the screen.

All I can say is THANK GOODNESS for their warranty program. I purchased this mid-September 2018 and have already sent TWO back because they keep cracking. Not worth the price at all.

Love the Kate spade case, but doesn't protect phone at all. Screen protector put on before first call was even made. Screen broke first day on rounded edge big crack in the screen.

First this glass projector isn't inexpensive, i put this glass protector on my phone and within 5 hours it cracked from one side of the screen to the other. I didn't drop my phone, i didn't have it in my pockets either. I don't understand how this could happen but it did. I do not trust this to protect the very expensive note 9. Also it dulls the display and has pixels in the glass itself. Find anything better.

It developed multiple cracks in the first few days! Replacement from Zagg costs more than a new product from the competition!

Wish I could have given it a better rating but due to the fact I had to bring it back because it wouldn’t fit with the phone case on that’s why it’s lower.

This was the worst purchase ever. I had bestbuy put the screen on for me. The sides was coming up and not sticking anymore. When I touched my screen it wouldn't recognize it. I thought it was the phone but when I took the screen protector off after it broke it worked fine. I wanted to get my money back but bestbuy said I waited too long and has to be returned within 30 days. The screen only lasted for about 4 weeks before this all happened. I went and replaced it from the company and I had to pay 9.99.

This screen cover wall with a warranty that you have to pay $10 at least for them to send you a replacement I got one and it lasted all of one week before it was cracked

The screen protector is not worth the price. After a couple of weeks with it installed the edges have started to lift back up and collect dust particles in the glue.

I had this on less then a week and dropped my phone once, I'm 5'6 shield cracked phone was ok.....one time use I guess

I purchased 4. Two for a note 9 and two for S8+. My husband and my dads poped off and has no stickiness left to it. Mine and my moms are still going strong.

This is an okay screen protector. It shattered when my husband accidentally slept on his phone. His phone is fine though so I guess it's doing its job

Very unhappy. The screen protector received a tiny chip on the bottom right edge on the 3rd day it was installed. Soon after, cracks started to radiate out from the chip. They kept growing bigger and bigger. I went to an authorized ZAGG replacement center. Paid a copay, received a new screen protector. The next day, cracks started to spiderweb across the screen again. Most unhappy, especially considering the high cost of the product.

I thought this was the answer to securing my screen but too my dismay it has a Crack already, I will stick to Otterbox from now on, Thanks for NOTHING.
