Upon recommendation from the sales clerk, I went with this screen protector. Well day 2, I dropped on the floor, thank goodness for the Otterbox case, however the screen protector cracked on the corner. When I looked closer and noticed it wasn't the phone screen the product came loose and I had to peel it off.

I've had Zagg products for many years and have really liked them. This item however, has not lived up to my previous purchases. The glass cracks way too easily, broke the 1st one in two days and the second in three days. I have talked with customer service and they are sending me a different product free of charge.

Replace screen protector 3 times kept cracking, one of them cracked the first day I put it on.

My phone dropped and the screen is now cracked. Very disappointed paying $40 for this protector. Feels like a ripoff.

The phone slid off my bed and onto the floor, hitting my night stand and cracked. I only purchased it 9 days prior! This was highly recommended by Best Buy representative so put the high expense up front. What a discouragement. Now I have to PAY to send it back to get a replacement when it shouldn't have cracked in the first place when it had 8 feet fall limit? This fell less than 2 FEET!

I followed the directions put it on as far as I can tell perfect. And it doesn't work on the edges when you type in

High priced, Cracked all over the first and only time I dropped my phone.

Actually purchased 2 of these. Dropped the phone, and the whole thing popped off. Went back to Best Buy for warranty(paid them to install the 1st one). 2nd one cracked. On my phone, mine cracked within a month and kept coming up on the sides. Normal daily use. I have a desk job. Returned and just got the non-glass. Bubbles and peels up on curved edge. Definitely not worth the $.

It cracked in the first two weeks it has life time warranty but you have to go to another store to warranty.

it protects the phone, but I can't get my touch to be reconized by the phone. actualy have to use a stylus pen.

Bought for brother who drops phone a lot. Was told top of the line in durability and it broke within two weeks.

Cases for the Samsung galaxy's no longer include screen protectors. You have to buy an over priced cheap glass that breaks and cracks just by looking at it. Do not fall for these gimmicks anymore so that they would quit making them and hopefully opens up room for a reliable product to take its place.

This is my first bad review for a Best Buy product ever. I purchased three of these over priced pieces of garbage phone protectors. All 3 of mine kept coming off and I found them to be completely useless. I found a much better option and it has worked Heavenly for me!! 0 scratches on my phone and it's 2 years old now!

this product was not as good as I had hoped. it lasted only about 2 weeks before it popped off the screen.

I've owned Zagg products before, but this one cracked within a week. Filed for replacement, and then that one cracked in the exact same place about 8 days later. Phone was never dropped of hit. The just cracked. I will say that Zagg was excellent in their customer service, and sent me a different style to replace it. Hopefully this one will be more durable.

Bought 2 Note 9 phones for my family at Christmas. The glass fell off both phones (after being dropped) in the first week. The store had put them on. They both also had to press extra hard at times to take actions or hit letters or numbers. Ususually in certain spots on the phone. I've used this brand for other phones with no issues. First time with curved screen.

It came off several times and it was a hassle to get a replacement. why to expansive for what it is.

got This screen protector for my husband. And in 2 weeks it fell off

I thought this would be great because I needed protection for my screen. But, there's just not enough to make it stick, so it pops off of your phone easy. It also breaks at the first drop. There is a lifetime warranty, but you have to pay shipping and wait for a new one to come in, so you are leaving your phone unprotected in the meantime. $50 should last longer.
