Thankfully, it has a lifetime replacement, so I went back and replaced it. The very next day, it cracked again, this time, no fall. Haven't been able to get in to get it replaced (stores are closed), but it has since cracked in 2 more places.

Not only is the glue not very strong, the glue obscures the screen on the curve and is glaringly obvious and totally unacceptable when watching movies. This purchase was about 40 dollars plus tax or more thrown in the trash.

I bought it in nov 2018, 3 weeks later the protector was cracked ( never dropped phone) took it in for free replacement but was not free cost me 9.99 here we are mar and its been cracked 4 2 weeks. Ive never cracked a phone screen in past and never dropped this phone but protector keeps cracking #trash

Not sure if it's because of the curved screen of the Note 9 but this screen protector is constantly cracking to the point where I'm paying more in replacements than I am in device payments. Do not buy!

Initially 50 dollars, filled out the info for the warranty right away. After four replacements, I said screw it almost a year ago and have had zero problems without a protector. Waste of 90 dollars (free replacement with the warranty but 10 bucks to ship each time.)

Very very annoying! Zagg warranty? Thank you so much Zagg for keeping me sane with warranty replacements. Register this protector as soon as you purchase and place on the phone.
