It scratched and eventually spider web cracked within a few months. I dealt with it until October 2019. I bought a new one and as of now, mid November 2019, it's already cracked again. Doesnt even try to hold up well.

It seems to be a problem with the curved glass. It’s the second one on this device. I will not buy a glass one again. Water some how got underneath it too. Then this one snapped in half.

The curved glass on most phones prohibits a perfect fit like every other screen protector I've had in the past. I am not really sure if it was the product or the young man's ability putting it on my phone. I had previously had this protection and it lasted over a year so I believe it was an error on the installation

It landed on a small pebble face down on my floor mat. The screen cracked in several places. I paid for the professional install at Best Buy. Returned and bought a new brand.

I think got an armor edge one and it did the same thing. Do not buy the tempered glass protection for the Note9. I ended up buying a phone case through Amazon that had a plastic screen that covered the phone.
