This screen protector cracked in half the very first week.

Cracked right away just sitting there. Don't know why.

Shattered easily and didn't protect the screen at all.

I have not drop my phone and it is already cracked.

My last Zagg HD Glass has been on my Note 4 for over 5 years ... perfection! I finally bought a new Note 9 (awesome phone) and had them add this protector ... not good ... in between a 2 and 3 stars. For the first few days it looked and functioned great, then the edges began to slightly lift off and the adhesive was visible in several spots. Then came the sensitivity issues and having to push harder on the keyboard and links. My guess is the entire thing will eventually come off and be rendered useless. The problem is the curved screen and poor design, fit, and lack of total adhesion. I will contact Geek Squad and Zagg ... but my guess is that even with perfect placement the product will eventually come off again. Guess I'll do more research, but for me ... a screen protector is critical after spending $1000 for a phone.

I'd say you get what you paid for. I was extremely nervous getting this because of how there were a significant number of people saying it cracked during installation or just within a few weeks. I just got it today so can't speak for longevity, but I'll definitely make sure to update my review if it cracks in an unreasonable amount of time. Pro: looks great. Blends in with the screen flawlessly and everything is still very crystal clear. If you up the sensitivity as instructed, it is as sensitive as before it was put on. You have to remember this is made of glass, so it may be most susceptible to cracks when you're putting it on (when it's not attached to your phone). I was extremely careful when putting it on. I was afraid of bubbles forming, as I'd have to push on it to clear it away and it might break the protector. However, to my surprise, I never saw a single bubble. It says to press on the middle to attach it firmly, but doing that did nothing. It seemed to have gotten nicely attached as soon as I laid it on. I pressed on the edges especially, as instructed. Con: price. I got it on sale, but it's still pretty steep. However, they do provide even an aligning case type thing to help you align it properly (crucial cuz it's curved). And it's of very high quality and doesn't interfere with the screen resolution at all. Also, another con is the glue on the edge. It's necessary or else it'll start lifting around the edges like some other similar products. However, there's a small line on both sides of the screen that is definitely from the edge of the glue. It's inconspicuous that it doesn't affect the screen much, but if you're gonna be bothered by it, there's that. However, there's really no way of solving that. If they extended the width of the screen so the glue lines don't show, the screen protector would've been touching the case and may be more susceptible to lifting and forming bubbles or cracking when you take the case off or put it on. Overall, it seems pretty sturdy to me. That's my first impression. If this review isn't updated in a long time, just know I'm using it perfectly fine. I wouldn't say it'll stay sturdy when you strike it with a hard, sharp metal type thing, but I'm gonna be glad it was the protector and not my actual screen :)

I really like this screen protector. The guide, a plastic frame, is very helpful for the install. Don't remove the plastic frame or the top film until the screen protector is centered properly. Also, make sure the phone is clean & lint / dust free prior to installation. The instructions recommend you watch the install video on zagg.com. There isn't one for the Note 9. I watched the one for the Note 8. There is no plastic squeegee to chase out air bubbles in this package like in the Note 8 video seems to be the only difference. For me touch sensitivity did not change. This is the best glass screen protector I've had. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.

The screen protector is ok I would say not worth $50. Why I dont think it is, there are times that I have used the phone and felt the screen protector meet the glass of the phone because its only attached around the edges the middle is free float. Also due to the adhesive all the dust and since I have dogs the hair will get stuck to it also. I am picking out hairs all the time from them sticking to the edge. Now it may be installed wrong but I had best buy do it so if it is they did it.

I installed the shield on my Galaxy 9 note approx 2 weeks ago. Interesting installation instructions. I missed one step, but haven't had any issues. I didn't use the sticky sheet to remove additional residue after wiping the screen. Still no bubbles or residue under the shield. No cracks or touch issues either. Yet seriously overpriced!

So received my note 9 early. (08/22/18) first thing I did was put the screen protector on and all I can say is wow absolutely NO BUBBLES to work out. Yes I have the dreaded oil slick sometimes but that's when happens when the adhesive is just on edges.

So for a glass protector I imagine itll do its job.. after installing it which was easy enough I noticed the touch aspect of this screen is un responsive. Not completely but I'll press keys and it wont recognize your finger. As I'm writing this review on the note9 with this s.p it sucks... if it wasnt so expensive I would have taken it off the moment I put it on. I'm gonna rock this until I get my 50 bucks worth or it cracks the minute it does it's gone and I'll never purchase this product again.

I purchased and installed this product on Saturday. On Sunday evening I noticed there was a small crack in it. Less than 24 hours and there was a crack in it!! I had not dropped it or hit it on anything. My phone was primarily on a flat surface or in the pocket of my purse all day. After realizing it was cracked it was sitting on a flat surface and I barely used it for the remainder of the day. The crack got bigger. I had registered my product so I went online to order a replacement. When I ordered it I was advised it would be 3-7 business days to receive it and the cost to ME would be $9.99 for shipping. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I called customer service and they immediately recognized that it shouldn't have cracked in less than 24 hours and offered to send me one at no shipping cost...after I gave them my credit card number. I refused to give that to them as there was really no relevant reason they needed it. I wasted $50 on this piece of trash. They don't stand behind their "life time warranty" if they require you to pay an exorbitant amount of shipping. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

I've used ZAGG protectors for all my iPhones, switching to an android it was no different. The screen protector only applies around the edges but I haven't found a single issue with touch sensitivity. I made sure to follow all the directions and made sure my touch sensitivity for screen protectors was on in my settings. No issues with the facial or retina sensors with it on either. I love this screen protector, as a clumsy person I know this was a great investment!

This screen protector is pretty much expensive. It didn’t last long.
