I had this phone maybe 3 days when I noticed a small crack in the screen cover about 0.5" long. I had not dropped the phone at all. Today, the phone dropped maybe a foot onto the floor. Spider crack in the corner, and it did not land on the corner. I had a Samsung S7 edge with this "same" screen that came with my Otterbox case. I had it for YEARS and not so much as one scratch. It also covered the ENTIRE screen. I dropped it plenty. I've had this phone less than a month, and it's got 3 cracks in the protective screen. I'm not sure what they changed with this version of "protective glass", but there are glaring defects that should not exist for this price. Please address this, because I'm clearly not the only one. In case anyone was wondering, I had it installed at Best Buy.

This screen protector prevented the touchscreen from working well. I had this installed at best buy and tried to get used to it, but today was community day in pokemon go and I could not stand the reduced functionality of the touchscreen anymore. I took it off and threw it in the trash. I also did not like the way I could see the adhesive at the edge of the screen or the way little dots showed up when the screen protector was in the sun. It removed easily and cleanly which was nice.

The screen protector was put on by best buy when i purchased my new note 9 in store the day i bought it. The screen looks flat, you can feel a pocket of air inbetween. When you look at it a foot from the left or right you can see an oil slick like gap. Then today just 4 days after the install the top corner was not attached and was about a 1/2" inch had lifted from the screen. I tried pushing down on it and it lifted right back up. It was never dropped and in a good tech21 case i love i got at best buy. So i took my fingernail and the screen protector just popped off like it never had any kind of adhesive. I am going back to the store tomorrow and better get a refund for it. If they don't refund me I am returning my new note 9. I wish I would have read reviews online and even here on Best Buy. Do not buy this product.

I recently purchased the new Samsung note 9 from Best buy. I wanted to protect my phone so I purchased Zagg's screen protected. Over the years I used many of their screen protectors and rarely had a problem. But this one is horrible, after a few days it cracked, and I never dropped my phone. I wanted to request an replacement but just noticed that the shipping is $9.99 which is ridicules considering that the screen protector is $49.99 and broke after a few days. I'm highly disappointed in the quality of the screen protector and don't understand how it suppose to protect my screen if that happen only a few days of using it!! I need to find a better product because I'm not paying for something that broke so fast:/

Bought this at BBuy on 8/26 for husband's new Note 9. Paid $8 to have it installed by Bbuy staff in a Spec Case. Husband dropped the Note on its face this morning. The Zagg cracked in multiple places and popped off. We have had Zaggs for years with numerous nasty drops on multiple phones and never had such fragile glass. Now, after 1 day of use, BBuy staff said we must get it replaced through Zagg and pay the fee to do so. So, the $1K phone now has a screen that doesn't protect it until the replacement comes! At $50 should last more than a day and one drop!

I like it a lot. It works bery good. I am still using it after 3 years.

I had this product for my Note 9 for three days, I dropped my phone by accident on a floor from about a foot high and the screen protector popped off. I tried to place back on but, I kept having to peel off due to fuzz/hair or other particles getting trapped under screen. Now one of the corners of the top is not on quite right. Hoping to take to Best Buy to exchange since I had them install it for me for 7.99 and was told if it came off in the first 30 days they'd redo it.

Blows my mind that Zagg is charging $50 for a terrible product. It is a NIGHTMARE to type with this screen protector on. You have to push harder than usual to make sure the screen picks up what you are typing. It gets very annoying when you are trying to send a text and you have to take 10x more effort to type a sentence. No one should have to deal with this type of problem on a $50 dollar screen protector! I am going to return this and stay FAR away from zagg products as the quality of their products have dropped tremendously.

Purchase expensive Zagg protector for Note 9 hasn't been quite 30 days dropped phone, screen protector crack expected more secure stability. Not sure if it I drop it again phone glass won't crack looking to purchase different brand of screen protector if I want to keep screen safe. Sorry Zagg

Purchased this since it seemed like a good product and liked the lifetime warranty. Previously I have never broken a screen before, but since this phone is expensive I figured it's better to be safe. Around three weeks I noticed a crack. I didn't think much about it until a couple days later and noticed that it split out and it had cracked more. I use my phone a lot, but it mostly sits on my desk at work, counter at home or is in a stand in my car. I never dropped my phone. I didn't know how it happened. So I ordered a new one with the lifetime warranty and installed it. The next day this one cracked. I'm done, I need to find a different protector for my screen.

My screen developed a crack on the edge. I'm not sure how because I've never dropped my phone. The screen got a crack within 2 months of owning it. I decided to get a replacement (not free cost 10 bucks to ship). I got the replacement and the screen ended up getting a mystery crack no more than a week after putting it on. It was broken before I even had a chance to mail the broken one back. A few months later I got charged 50 dollars for the replacement screen they sent me (even tho I sent my broken one back). They don't stand behind their products at all and end up stealing another 60 dollars from me. I'll never buy a zagg product again. Pure trash

Hubby and I bought these and they both cracked even though they were never dropped. also are not case friendly even though it says they are. They bubble up terribly with an otterbox. First time installed by best buy and husbands protector fell off within a week! Had to go back to get replaced for free. Have ordered replacements from zagg on both and during install husbands cracked. I have never been so unhappy with zagg after many years of good covers.

I bought this screen protector on 10-1-2018 for my note 9. On 10-3-2018 the screen cracked for no reason. I have been taking extra care of my new phone I just got. So there is no reason the screen protector should of cracked! I'm so disappointed in this product. I dont even want a replacement just my money back. I dont have time to replace the invisible shield screen every 2 days!

I purchased this product when I purchased my new phone in October. I dropped my phone last night for the first time and the entire screen protector popped off and cracked the corner of my phone as a result. When I researched the warranty, it only replaces the cover. Now i have no protector and my phone is shattered. DId not do its job! Now I have to contact someone and spend hundreds of dollars to get my screen fixed. JUNK!!!!

Seemed worth it for a "lifetime warranty." However the screen cracked day 1, phone was only been in a pocket with change and never dropped, and has gotten new cracks and chips every day. The "lifetime warranty" only cost $10 every replacement on top of the already overpriced screen protector that doesn't last. Will never buy Zagg again and will refer friends away from the brand.

Without a doubt the worst screen protector of all time. DO NOT BUY THIS IT WILL SCRATCH YOUR SCREEN. I PAID TO GET MY SCREEN SCRATCHED!!! Hope they pay to fix my screen, I am fuming.

I have purchased 3 of these units for both of my note 9's. The first screen protector broke within 24 hours of installing it. The 2nd broke in under a week. The 3rd one already has a hairline crack on it. Both phones are in cases and have not been dropped. $150 bucks down the drain.

Bought this for $50. Could never get the air out of mine or my wife's. Contacted company and received terrible customer service. Should of just thrown my money in the toilet instead of giving it this company. Stay away. Find something different.

We had this installed at the store when we bought our phones. Mine popped off within a week and my boyfriend's popped off a couple days later. How will it protect your phone when it comes off with the first drop? Waste of money.

Not only did it have noticable marks on the screen, it made the screen totally unresponsive. I had to hit letters two and three times to get it to register. Worst screen cover I've ever owned. Don't make the same mistake.
