I had purchased another brand protector for my Note 9, and I regretted it from day one. I had to put a lot of pressure for the screen to detect what I was doing. I gave it a few days to see if it would get better, but it did not. I removed it, or on the Zagg, and everything has been perfect since.

Simply put, this must be figured into the overall price of a phone. If you want to protect your phone against getting a cracked screen you'll need this. It is ESSENTIAL. A little pricey but well worth the extra bucks to make sure your investment remains as new as possible as long as possible.

This screen protector works well and protects my screen. I have purchased one for every phone in my house. The kids drop their phone all the time. No issue with this protection. When the protection starts to show wear or begins to crack. We send a request to Zagg for a trouble free replacement.

Zagg's screen protectors are great, I like how it feels and doesn't take away from the phones screen.

Seems good, havent drooped the phone yet, so. No scrstches so far but only have had the phone a month

I love the care they take to instruct the user on correct installation. The screen must've had a preexisting crack because it cracked when I first attempted to use my stylus on the screen. They have great customer service and promptly replaced it, after i paid a $10 shipping fee. Shipping should be free within the first 90 days, in my opinion.

Does the job. So far my phone is protected. But glass can get smeared and must be cleaned often.

Had to purchase since the outer case doesn't come with front protector. It's done it's justice.

I got this because it seems phone cases are not coming with screen protectors anymore. It looks great and the touch sensitivity is good. I have not had to adjust my phone settings like I've read about with others. Only down side I've found so far is there is a gap between the protector and my Samsung case. This is starting to collect dust and lint from my pockets. I'm not sure if this is going to become an issue in time or not.

This is my first screen protector needed because of the newer curved display. This screen protector was needed due to the construction of the Otterbox Defender case. Working very well so far. Highly recommend having the sales associate install it, which does cost extra.

Just after 2 days after putting it on the screen, it performed as designed. A small 1 foot drop onto a coffee table resulted in an edge crack. I would assume that had the protector not been on the phone, the screen edge would have been cracked. Now let's see how easy to get it replaced.

Want to like this more than I do. Install template is great perfect install location no dust under it as you can install it quickly. down side is it cracked within 2 weeks without being dropped. I have no idea why it cracked. I would recommend this because of Zaggs does replace it for shipping charge and the cost of screens now is absolutely insane.

The first screen I bought fell off and I was not aware of it. A flaw forsure!

I've always purchased this brand of screen protector for my cell phones. Mostly because of the lifetime warranty replacement. I only gave it 4 stars because for some reason it did not adhere to the screen very well this time around. It has already popped off after only 3 weeks and I've already had to submit a warranty claim. I'm not sure if it was a faulty protector or the tech did not install the protector correctly.

So far so good. The proof in the pudding will be down the road after a few drops of the phone.

Made this purchase to protect my Samsung S9 Note+ screen. It was easy to apply, resists scratching, and really performs as described. I've dropped my phone numerous times over the year I've had it, and NOTHING has been damaged! Worth every penny of the price!

Works great with note 9 screen sensitivity. Protects screen from being scratched. I dropped my phone 1 time since the screen protector was put on & it didn't pop off. I paid $7.99 at Best Buy to have the screen protector put on & its guaranteed to be replaced if anythiing happens to it.

To be honest, it's not like there's a lot of different brands for you to pick between screen protectors. The directions were quite easy to follow and the cradle really helps to center the protector on the phone. But if your screen isn't immaculately clean then you're still going to find dust under the protector, especially under the side edges.
