I had problem with the first one I had purchased coming off of my phone. Not this one. It's great! The associates were great at helping me with my options, Geek squad helped me figure out what would best suit me! Thanks Best Buy!

This is the 2nd phone I've owned with a ZAGG Screen Protector. Never had any problems. It's easy to wipe screen with a soft cloth to remove finger prints. I always have the Best Buy sales person/technician apply it, so it is done properly.

I dropped my phone and my screen is great.... it protected my real screen.

Product was as expected. No issue with install and product works fine..

Easy install but only complaint is how easy it leaves smudges on screen.

What's nice about it? It looks good, nice response, but in time it becomes sticky but easier to clean than plastic-ish protector. A few days already I got a crack. For the back cover is always hit or miss perfect much that wouldn't hit your front curved glass protector. So then it limits your selections. So having this curve glass smartphone is a pain getting a perfect match.

There is a rainbow effect. It is expensive. It should be better quality.

Outstanding piece of protection for a cellphone. The quality of the material is awesome. It protects the screen of the cellphone while providing excellent visibility. I love the fact that it comes with a guiding model to install the screen protector .

Zagg is a great product! The screen protected my phone from getting cracked but issue was returning it Zagg for their free replacement. I had to email them dozens of times & prove to them I sent back the cracked screen so I wouldn't get charged for the replacement. They have a great product but needs work on their replacement policy.

I like these screen protectors because they help with your phone. I also, like the fact that they put them on the phone for you which is awesome. In really appreciate that. I am going to buy two more for my children.

I was going to give this 4 stars as the screen protector broke. That being said, "a good helmet breaks". The fact that the protector broke and my screen didn't, proves that it did its job.

I like the glass cover. It is very clear and easy to use on the phone.

This screen protector works and looks great on my phone. My screen still functions well using this screen protector. It has already saved my screen from damage after a good drop. The screen protector cracked but my phone screen still looks perfect!

I've used the ZAGG shields for my cell phones for several years. They do what they are supposed to do and if for any reason the shield fails, they will and do replace it at no charge to you if you remember to register it with the company.

I give this screen protector three stars because it has at least kept my screen from being broken. But I have purchased five of these in the couple of months since I bought my Galaxy Note9. Two of them spontaneously developed cracks without any adverse incidents. Two of them fractured badly with very minor impact that similar protectors on my previous phone survived without a scratch. Only one had reason to break, and that was when the case I had bought to protect my new phone turned out to be very slick and caused the phone to slip out of my hand in the parking lot. It landed face down on the pavement and the protector shattered, but it did keep my screen from breaking, so I guess it did its job...just wish it was s bit more durable, as I know from experience they can be. Would I recommend this to a friend? I would say do your research. I kept buying because this was what was available locally, and I wanted my pricey little phone fully protected at all times, but surely there is something more durable out there.
