I put everything in my pocket, especially my car keys. That mean you can scratch the glass on the phone. Val the salesperson put this on my phone, did a great job. looks great and protects my screen.

I purchased this Protector from Best Buy 2 days ago. It popped off within the first day. I went to return it, and I was told they would not take it back I had to go through ZAGG. Zagg wants me to pay for shipping for a new one. Went back to BB and they put on another and guess what, once I pulled my phone of my pocket the Screen Protector remained in my jeans. DO NOT BUY, it is a waste of 50.00 which I will never see the light of again. So much for being an Elite member for Best Buy. STAY FAR AWAY if you have a Samsung Note 9. Basically I have a defective product which will never work and I still have to pay for it to sit on a shelf. Great way to treat your dedicated customers Best Buy and ZAGG!.

Overall does it's job and protects your screen. Problem is with the warranty, broke my protector, tried to claim for replacement and they were out of stock. Was told it would ship when more came in, never received anything... Just gave up on hold with them.

I always have one on my phones because they give ultimate protection. If you register it online you will never have to buy another one. Just notify Zagg and they will ship you another one free. Love it!!

The glass is solid and really protects my screen. I'm a senior with shaky hands to this protection is a must. The phone guy at Best Buy put it on for me so it is nice and straight. Thanks.

I bought it to protect the screen of my cellphone and I don't even see the difference. I waited 48 before putting the case as they recommend. And I don't have complaints at all. Happy with the purchase

I got this for my Samsung Note 9. Its doesnt cover the whole screen. Very slick. I like it. I got the geek squad to install cause I broke my first one. If you are having problems with the touch on your phone turn up the sensitivity and adjust to your touch. Its life time warranty make sure you register it.

Fiancé got a new phone and she dropped it already and the screen has already protected the phone from abuse! Getting a new one with the warranty replacement already! Does it's job!!!

I'm feeling very comfortable with this screen saver although first time I've used and just bought couple weeks ago. Hopefully, it protects the screen as well as the Otter cases protect my phones.

Installed this on my Note 9 before ever touching the screen with my fingers. The fit is right on. You cant even tell its on the phone. I haven't noticed any touch issues with my finger are the S-pen.

Despite some of the negative reviews about this product, we have yet to have an issue. Install was simple and we were lucky not to get any dust particles underneath! Can hardly tell it’s there.

I've only had the phone for a month. It has been excellent so far. I bought the defender otter box and screen protector to go with it. It looks great and hopefully will do it's job when I drop it.

Love the fact that you register your new glass shield with them and they give you a free one if something ever happens to the original product. THats a company that stands behind their product.

I installed this on my wife's Note 9, she dropped her phone at the stadium and it fell 2 stories on to its face. The protector saved the screen and the phone as designed well worth the money spent.

Had to get my screen protector replaced due to a small crack on the side. They installed the new one for me. Works as advertised, does a good job. Would recommend.

It is a nice, thick, sturdy glass that definitely protects the screen. But that is at the cost of responsiveness. More pressure is needed to use the phone and some touches get 0 response.

As always this product does not disappoint. Just wipes clean. I have used this product on a previous phone and I had dropped it. Cracked the screen protector but no damage to my phone at all

I would like to start by saying this is one of the best screen protectors I've ever owned and by far the easiest to apply. It comes with a guide that helps prevent misalignment. Would recommend.
