Well, I just attempted to install my 2nd replacement screen from Zagg. The original one I had lasted a couple of weeks before a crack appeared without dropping the phone. The warranty replacement process was relatively easy, but it did take almost 2 weeks for the replacement to show up. Following the instructions exactly, during the squeegee portion of the install the screen cracked/chipped in several spots. I sent an email to Zagg, and they immediately sent me a replacement. I just attempted to install that replacement, and had the exact same problem. I have installed several screen protectors in the past, and have never had a problem installing them correctly. The original one I had installed with no issue, but the 2 replacements so far have cracked upon install. I'm not sure if they are in the middle of a bad batch of these, but I will never purchase this brand again. The most disappointing part is that I originally bought an Armor Edge screen protector that cracked after I dropped my phone, then when I went to Best Buy to get a replacement they were sold out of those and gave me the Zagg instead. I don't live near a Best Buy, so I was originally happy that I would be able to get a replacement online through Zagg, but I couldn't be more disappointed now.

Definitely wanted a good screen protector for my new phone. This one is great. Can barely notice it's on there.

Great cover had 1st one crack best buy replaced it free of charge. Cleans of easy dose not scratch

This is a great item to have whether you have insurance or not. Adds another blanket of security for your phone.

I like the clarity that the protector gives and it is molded with the curved glass to cover and fit the edges of the phone. Well worth the investment to protect the actual screen of the phone.

I highly recommend the Zagg - InvisibleShield Glass Screen Protector. It is a perfect fit for my Samsung Note 9.

Haven’t had any issues yet. It’s doing the job and I’m rough on my phones. So spend the extra $$ it’s worth it.

I've had great luck with Zagg products and have even used the warranty to replace a glass when I dropped my phone.

Overall, the quality of this screen protector is better than others on the market, especially plastic ones.

I ripped the case off after a few days of nearly spraining my fingers to press hard enough for the keyboard to actually work. Worked ok with the pen but rendered the keyboard practically useless. Pretty expensive purchase for the amount of time that I used it.
