Got this for my wife for her new Note 9 and she had it on there for a month or 2 before it fell off. It was kinda expensive for a screen protector but i will say that it does look nice on her phone! It just sucks that it fell off so now we don't even use it.

I have purchased these protectors before, they look great on the phone and particularly on the Note 9. The customer service ot 100%. They stand behind their products and respond in a timely manner if needed.

Waste of 50 bucks! My screen is full of small particles since having it installed by bestbuy, my phone has a chip on the glass while this screen protecter was on!!i have bought cheaper screens from ebay n amazon that i never had any issues with! Those actually have protected my screen so much better, plus everytime u have to replace it it will cost u $10 extra bucks n dnt lose the cracked one to send them back or they will charge u the full price of the screen, bestbuy needs to fully disclose all this info before trying to sell u this crap

Its only been a couple of weeks. I haven't dropped my phone and the screen protector already cracked. Goes on nicely. Looks nice but also have to press much harder on your keys do to thickness of shield.

Picked this up tonight, despite some of the negative reviews on here. I thought that maybe that others were just not installing the product right and that Zagg wouldn't put out such a bad product. I guess I was wrong... The adhesive, which is only on the very side edges, isn't even that strong and taking a fingernail to it near the top will easily allow you to pry the whole screen protector off with ease. If it catches on the lip of your pocket or purse when you are sliding your phone in, it is pretty much game over. The adhesive is making a clicking sound in the top right corner as well and it is not sealing to the phone. I can imagine that if some fine particles of sand or dust were to get in between the screen protector and the device itself it would also reek havoc on your screen. Other disappointing things I've noticed, the protector reflects much more light, making the visible image have much poorer contrast and a shiny reflection when the screen is off. Touch input is pretty bad too, lots of missed presses on buttons. My proximity sensor also isn't working, so the screen won't turn off during phone calls. This is going back!

Really protects the phone screen, have had to replace twice when phone was dropped, but the only thing that scratched was the invisible shield, and replacement was very easy.

Title says it all; quality/durable product with a design that couture's perfectly to the phone. Have had ZAGG products for over 4 years now which I have never been let down! Highly Recommend!

It is definitely a must for anyone that wants to protect your phone screen, although not compatible with all phone cases. Any phone case that goes over the note 9 edge will interfere with the glass

I paid for the best BB had to offer. I was told this was the best. Apparently this glass one only sticks on the edges and leaves a gap between the protector and the screen. Makes the screen look old, like a greyish lcd form years ago. My wife has the same phone but the had the Zagg Elite which has adhesive all over, her screen lookes nice and black and was more responsive to touch. So anyway if you are going to get glass, get the elite that adheres to the whole screen, not this one. This one is bad!

Ty was a pleasure to deal with. Made my transaction easy and smooth. Got and upgrade on phones and accessories. Love the fact I can just place my phone on the charger and not have to plug it in.

I like the thickiness of the screen protector, however it's too thick & makes it hard to text or use any of the functions that require you to use the touchscreen. Guess it does its job alittle too well...it protects the screen from usage.

I love the glass screen protector and this one is very good It will take the impact of almost anything in that break I still have it on my Samsung note 9

GREAT FOR ANY SMARTPHONE! Protects your display with no problems. My girlfriend drops her phone alot and it never cracked the display. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

It fits good and very clear display. Had issues with another brand that wouldn't fit right on Note 9 using Otterbox Defender case for my Note 9 but this 1 is working great with no issues.

In my new Samsung phone, I purchased the glass screen protector for my Galaxy Note 9 and I LOVE IT. I used the Zagg screen protector on my previous phone, the Galaxy 7 Edge, and HATED it. It always was bubbly, wrinkly, and awful. I did drop my phone. Even with a rubber phone protector that covered the back and sides, the Zagg glass protector didn't protect the glass from breaking. It had to be replaced twice because it kept bubbing substantially on the sides and always looked a mess. Get the GLASS screen protector, not the ZAGG.

I am a firm believer in the protection of the Zagg glass. You have to pay a S and H fee everytime you replace it but $5.99 is better than $100s of dollars to replace your "real" screen.

I have waited two years to get back to galaxy! I have not been disappointed! So much to learn and so much fun learning what this phone.. as if that all it were ... has to offer. LOVE IT!

I love the Zagg glass shields because they look good, don't interfere with the touch screen and they protect the original phone display screen. A must-have for every new phone I purchase!

When I first purchased my Samsung Note 9, another screen protector was applied but we discovered that the Otter Box would not fix the screen protector. Zagg's fits. It looks great.
