I'm only on my fifth one since I first bought it for the phone I still have but the first four didn't even crack but they all just came off which obviously isn't good and the fifth one the other day fell on the ground and cracked so I'll habe to go get a sixth one in the next couple days. I have had Best Buy employees install it every time so I'm not sure why the first four had trouble staying stuck to the screen. On the fifth one I decided to not put my case on for 24 hours and that may have helped or it could have done nothing but it hasn't came off yet.

Was worried with the curved screen that the screen protector would bubble or peel up from sides as previous protectors have. This one has not. Very happy with it.

The Zagg screen protector serves it's purpose well and fits my phone's Otter Box case which not all screen protectors do on the Note9. It is a quality product!

I've had 2 different screen protectors since January both came off. Never had that problem with Zagg products so went back ti buying zagg. Looks better also.

It seams to do what it is suppose to do but it is coming lose already by the edges. I know that if it breaks it will be replaced, I did it twice, but its a pain to always go to the hassle of replacement.

Still not sold on these glass protectors. Causes touch issues on the phone, but its manageable. Problem was it had a hairline crack in it from getting too hot (I was playing a game on my phone, split before my eyes). Taking it off it shattered everywhere and cut my hands apart. Bled everywhere during a meeting at work. Was picking out serrated splinters of glass from my hands for days. Bottom line, go with the soft protector even if it doesn't look or feel as nice.

Have been using Zagg Glass screen protectors on all my mobile devices. No hassle return policy. Company is always producing new products to meet consumer demands.

I realized after buying in store, as I was reading online about how to apply it, that this style is only sticky on the edges...NOT the entire surface. My question, why even make it then?? So my time was wasted puchasing and returning this product. Ordered the Elite version (same brand, full adhesive) elsewhere because BestBuy doesn't sell it in store nor online. My advice... do some research online. This style has alot of bad reviews.

I like this screen protector but eventhough I was careful on where I placed my phone and waited at least 5 days for it to "dry" I still have lent that built up on the sides! It's so annoying!

I purchased this item to replace originally purchased Otter case... The Otter was too bulky and heavy, so I got this... ...Much better!

Didnt have a problem getting help with installing my screen protector. He was very helpful and friendly people did a great job thanks again

I did not want this at first but the sales person talked me into getting it and it is great. There is a setting in your phone that makes it easy to type on.

had other glass protectors that would crack within a week, hasn't happened yet! some touch sensitivity is lost but can be compensated by settings on the phone.

I've always purchased electronics from Best buy as it is the only source I trust when it comes to these sort or purchases , the same goes for accessories .

I have been using these screen protectors on several phones and they are great. When they do crack it is very easy to get a replacement. No issues whatsoever.

My wife already dropped her brand new note 9 in the driveway and the screen protector is cracked but the phone screen itself doesn't have a scratch on it.

I'll start with the fact that I dropped my phone and although there is no damage the screen protector popped off. I also had issues with air under the screen protector due to the curved screen.

Was adhered by sales associate to note 9. Doesn't have noticeable feel or obstuctions while using fingers or s-pen. Comes with a warrantee to be activated.

I went to the store to purchase a protector for my phone. I ran into this product and I'm glad I did because I'm extremely happy and reccomend it.

Glad I got it! We will see how good as nothing has happened to it yet. Did register and will hopefully get my monies worth with the lifetime replacement..
