This phone is awesome. I rate it a 10, however I'm still learning the different functions (so exciting). I've always preferred the Samsung phones.

This has a bigger, yet good size screen to see my videos & pictures on. The zoom still gives you a sharp and clear picture. Love it!

Its very sturdy but I let the salesperson put it on for me and 2 days later, it came off completely. I dont know how to unlock the case that it's in so I know it wasnt my fault

Love this phone protector! Only one thing that could be improved is that very outside edges aren't 100% sealed and collect small amount of dust/fuzz.

The glass has already cracked. I had to call to get a new one under warranty and I've only had it 3 weeks. I'm only recommending because customer service was great and quick to replace.

I'm usually very careful. But have had to replace several times. Saved the phone. Do it via internet and no 5 dollar charge

The glass screen protector is very sleek, doesn't interfere with the touch sensitivity. I had the Note8 glass & it was terrible! Much improved!!

Very disappointed. Store rep highly recommended this product. Dog accidentally knocked phone off couch & this so-called "glass" screen protector came completely off (feels more like plastic). Once off, it will not stay/stick back on. I am thankful for the fact that it did, in fact, protect my screen from breaking...this time. And it does have a replacement warranty...you must pay a $9.99 shipping fee. However, it would not be worth having to pay this over and over everytime you happen to drop the phone & the screen protector pop off.

I always use Zagg on my phone. Have dropped it dozens of times and have never cracked anything besides the zagg screen. Life saver!

screen protector works great, the only thing i can say negatively is that the sensitivity to the Note 9 needs to be reset for easier sensitivity.

I got the ZAGG invisible glass screen protector for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I am very pleased with the quality of this product.

This little piece of protection has saved me from cracking my screen more times than I can mention.

I dropped my phone from a foot high, glass protector pops off every single time. This only has adhesive around the edges. Very bad design!

Bought it for my 20 yr old son as a gift, unlocked version, and he loves it. Was able to get it turned on with his carrier (which we love!)

The curved screen on my Samsung Note 9 is why I will not give the Zagg shield 5 stars. It cracks more easily than flat shields I have had on previous phones.

I love these screen protectors because I know even if it breaks I can get a new one and my phone's screen is safe. Well worth the expense.

In my opinion this screen protector is way overpriced! It had been on my phone for a little over 2 weeks when I dropped it, actually I was sitting and it slid down my leg and hit my boot. When I picked it up the screen protector was cracked all the way across and it ended up falling off later that day. Now the screen of my phone is scratched. Would've been better off buying a cheap screen projector from the dollar store!!!

I'm not sure if it's the product or the way it's applied, but I find it difficult using the right side of the keyboard unless I press really hard. Seems to skip letters when typing.

Within My 1st week of having thr phone I dropped it with a case on it and the temper glass broke. But I didn't take off the glass so I don't know if my screen is actually broken

I went through 3 of these screen protectors. Average time was 4 days before they randomly come unstuck from the screen. This last one was bought at best buy with a best buy tech installing it. It only lasted 2 days before it fell off. No drops or falls, just randomly pull phone out of my pocket and the screen protector is off. Done paying this kind of money for something that doesn't protect longer than a few days.
