I got a crack after 2 days without dropping it. The company does offer replacement for only a shipping cost. However, that won't fix the fuzzies issue. Have loved their other screen protectors, have bought for years, even with other "edge" phones without this issue.

Also, after not even a week of having the screen protector, it somehow got scratches and a tiny bit cracked when there was absolutely no pressure or anything that could have w scratched my phone screen.
